房間環境還湊合，但服務人員態度不咋的，預訂了第二天房間，當天上午因搶到返程火車票，於是在上午8點申請協商退掉遭系統拒絕，上午8:30到酒店後協商改成鐘點房，也是不行，前台服務員還把拒絕的責任推給了攜程；還非常那個貼心的提示我火車票可以改簽到明天，沒有辦法衹辦理個人入住，在三個小時後退房，花個全天房的價格住宿個鐘點房，已經連續攜程請他們幫我把這家店列入我今後去上海居住的“黑明單”。有啥説啥啊，上午聯繫攜程的客服，攜程給退了63的價格補貼，並替這家店道歉，這真是這家店應該學習的地方
