The location is a little deep but is good for relax as far from shanghai city. Travel distance to city bout 1hr. Hotel breakfast is good, surrounding also hv few restauran so need no to travel far for lunch /dinner. Hotel prepare transfer to chuansha metro, Shanghai Disney, Shanghai wildlife animal park and Pudong airport by reservation.

Happy with the stay with Novotel. The front desk service is good and the breakfast is good too. Hoitel provides shuttle bus to Disneyland as well. Will come back again. Highly recommended

You can stay in this hotel if you want to enjoy water drops right on your head while sitting on the closet. Or you need to finish your stuff within a minute before another one comes.

to begin with, this is not within the Accor club. Second, it is torn down. The location could seem to be convenient to the airport or the Disneyland, but there are more convenient locations you can choose. Will not pay a visit to this hotel again.

I had a really pleasant experience in staying in Suning Novotel. Here are a few highlights I would like to mention: 1. Excellent customer service from the receptionist. She was so helpful for my early check in & wifi connections and very attentive with every little details. 2. Breakfast - Fantastic wide range of food choices are available. Foods are delicious and very fresh. 3. Convenient location to Pudong airport and very good value for money. I would definitely recommend it to everyone who wants to takes a short stay-over near Pudong airport.

Came here to visit nearby factory, however this hotel put in a lots of effort to attract families to stay in as this hotel near to the Disneyland. However, front desk staff lacks of training in the polite way to greet the guests. This is an international chain hotel not the local chain hotel. Staff shall really look into the way how they talk. Breakfast is variety of choices!

After watching the New Year's Eve fireworks at Disney, I checked into this hotel at night. The front desk guy helped upgrade the panda-themed room, which was a bit unexpected. The sanitary conditions were good and met expectations. It may be a bit old, the showerhead water flow and water temperature are not as good as those of the recently opened hotels, just enough.

When I came to Disneyland, I booked a hotel. The front desk upgraded the room type for free and gave me souvenirs on the same day. It was also very convenient to take the shuttle bus to Disneyland the next day. It was very cost-effective to book a three-day and two-night package. I highly recommend it.

The front desk guy was very enthusiastic and efficient. Check-in was quick and the follow-up service was in place. The room was clean and tidy, and the air conditioning was warm. There is also a Disney shuttle bus every day, which is very convenient! Recommended!

The air conditioning in the room did not work on the first night, so we had to change rooms at 11 or 12 pm. The child was so sleepy. The air conditioning in the room we changed to on the second night did not work either. I didn't want to bother with it anymore, so I asked the hotel for a heater so that I could give the child a bath. I had to bother with it for two nights and was exhausted. There were holes on the sheets from washing, and there were all kinds of fluff on them. The next day, there was no one to take the shuttle bus to the subway, so I didn't get on it. It's really terrible. This is a bad place to stay at this price.

If you don’t have time for breakfast, you can have a simple meal at 6 o’clock, including yogurt, bread, apples, etc.

It is a 5-diamond hotel on Ctrip. I highly recommend staying here when taking my kids to Disney. Although I bought an early bird card and didn't have time to eat breakfast, it is still worth staying here. The hardware facilities are complete and the service is perfect. I had a very pleasant stay! The hotel can also make free reservations for Disney pick-up and drop-off, which is really cost-effective.

Arrived at the hotel late at night, the front desk service was very good, free upgrade to the panda parent-child room and free breakfast, the room is spacious, there is a slide 🛝, the children like it very much. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Disneyland, which is convenient for going out. The overall cost performance is very high, recommended!
