TERRIBLE HOTEL! Hot spring is down for more than a month and no one informed us. Front desk also did not alert till we ask. There is NO TOILET DOOR, means when the room door is open, someone will see you showering in full view. No full length mirror too. The room is freezing cold. Nothing nearby the hotel too. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! 糟透了的酒店！ 温泉已经坏了一个多月了，也没有人通知我们。 前台也没有提醒，直到我们问。 没有厕所门，意味着当房间门打开时，有人会看到你在众目睽睽之下洗澡。 也没有全长镜子。 房间冷得要命。 酒店附近也没有任何景点。 不要预订这家酒店！

The location of this hotel is good because it is near to the airport (PVG) about 20mins and the room is so big. Although the spring is the famous facility, it is only service afternoon which means customers should not expect to enjoy the spring at anytime. There is not many mall and tourist spots near to the hotel and it just like countryside of Shanghai which is quiet and far from city. The service officer is nice but some facilities is not enough like charger of cellphone.

We booked this hotel specifically for the onsen experience, but, to our disappointment, the hot springs are closed for an entire month! While the room is comfortable, it feels like a letdown without access to the baths. Unfortunately, the front desk didn’t offer any upgrade or discount to make up for this inconvenience.

The hotel is around 20min from Disney Resort. The hot spring is very cozy (although something is floating in the water, not sure whether it’s dust or minerals) Highly recommend the two level room, the beds are comfortable while the living room is spacious. The table is just perfect for late dinner!

i stayed here for 3 days and staffs cant speak english, room was okey the worst thing is location even though staffs were very friendly also there was no breakfast but they gave us free bread and soy milk the hotel relatable for the price.

Hotel is superb , clean with hot spring service . The staff was extremely helpful and cool .

This is the hot spring in the hotel. It is not open to the public, so there are relatively few people taking a hot spring bath. I went to take a bath twice and it felt like I had the whole place to myself. It was very comfortable. The environment is still very good.

I have been here three times with my friends! I have tried both duplex and ordinary rooms. Each one is very spacious, the service is also very good, takeout can be delivered to your door, and the hot spring is really great. You can take a bath for free when you stay. Although there is only one hot spring pool, there is basically no one there, which is equivalent to a private hot spring (open from 3 to 11 pm). The water temperature is generally 38-41 degrees. I usually have back pain at work, and I feel relieved a lot after taking a bath. There are very few people, almost like a private hot spring. In addition, the shower environment there is also very good, so I go there every time to take a bath + bath.

The duplex room is basically cold downstairs, and you have to wear a coat on the first floor. The air conditioner does not heat, and the floor heating is equivalent to no heating. This is a very bad experience. The air conditioner upstairs is so hot that you have to turn it off before you can sleep. The difference is too big. In addition, the curtain design lets in light very early in the morning, so you can't sleep well. Other service attitudes are good, and taking a bath is also simple and no problem

Single Hatago bath ticket: Every hotel guest can enter the hot spring pool unlimited times This time I chose to stay at the Gokurakuyu Yugawasaga Hatago Onsen Hotel, and the experience was amazing! The biggest highlight of this hotel is the signature Gokurakuyu Hot Spring, which can be used as many times as you want during your stay. It is exactly the same as the Japanese hot springs you experience in Nagoya, Japan. It is so comfortable. Moreover, the hotel's air conditioning and floor heating systems are very powerful. Even in the cold winter in Shanghai, the room is warm. This place is really suitable for couples to travel together. Soaking in the warm hot springs and bathing in the warm winter sun together is so romantic.

After skiing at Yaoxue, I wanted to go shopping at an outlet the next day and decided to stay overnight nearby! When I saw the Gokurakuyu Hot Spring Hotel, I mistakenly thought it was the Million Hot Spring Hotel! As a result, the navigation was confused when I drove over. The hotel was in a parking lot! It was even a little scary when I drove in on a rainy night! You can understand the feeling of hanging lanterns in Japanese style! But it was easy to check in and enter the hotel through the corridor, and it was another feeling when I opened the door! The duplex we booked has a large tatami living room on the first floor! Plus a shower room! The second floor should be said to be a loft, but the height is very good. I don’t feel the sloping roof is depressing at all! The bed is very big and comfortable! The hotel also has a hot spring bath! There are two simple indoor hot spring pools and one outdoor! Because it rained that day, I didn’t go outdoors! There were almost no people, it felt like a private bath for one person! The bathing experience was great! In fact, this hotel is the kind of private hot spring hotel in Japan, which is very Japanese and simple! If you mistakenly think it is the Gokurakuyu Million Hot Spring like me, you don’t have to come! But if you are passing by or going to Disney to play and stay for one night, I highly recommend it! It's a 15-minute drive from Disney and Outlet, in Chuansha Town. You can visit the ancient town and streets the next day after staying for one night! How can I describe the service? Except for the lady at the front desk, they are all a bit old. But they give you the feeling of being a neighbor around you, very friendly! By the way, there are a lot of takeaways nearby! But the convenience store seems to close at 10 pm!
