The owner of the house is very clean and conveniently located near the horseback riding area. During my two-night stay, I not only went horseback riding, but also followed the owner's guide to a canyon hike, exploring the forest and river, picking mushrooms, and photographing the stars! The owner was very thorough and answered every question! The canyon behind the mountain is beautiful, and it feels like you're in Hemu Village in a flash! The star-filled sky at night is truly stunning. If you have a group, you can go to the grasslands together to enjoy the starry sky, which is even more beautiful. Just be sure to dress warmly! I personally think Shandan Military Horse Farm is worth visiting and would definitely return if I had the chance!

Shandan Horse Farm is really very beautiful. It was very cool when we came here for horseback riding, so we had to wear a coat. The boss was very nice. Rapeseed flowers bloom even in early August, and the grasslands are filled with wildflowers, pikas, and herds of cattle, sheep, and horses. However, the conditions at the farm are quite poor, and the hotel isn't comparable to those in the city. Just having a place to eat and sleep is enough. For those who are more discerning, we recommend bringing your own bedding, kettle, and other essentials, like we did. The owner is quite nice, and there are many people staying there.
