A nice little old-school motel. Even thought I didn't use it, the kitchenette was a nice touch. Clean, comfortable, and quiet and not far away from the music camp I was attending. I'd definitely stay here again whenever I'm in this neck of the wood.

A really quaint motel! The proprietor (Michelle) was very kind and helpful to a couple of travelers who arrived without a vehicle. Make sure you bring food if no car! Limited ‘dining’ options in the area.

The motel was very clean and had many facilities (like a kitchen) and the owner's hospitality was superb. She is warm and gracious and a pleasure to deal with. We have gone there many times over the years and always enjoyed our stay.

I spent two nights at the Starlite Motel in late June. The suite consisted of two queen sized beds, and it included a kitchen with a four-burner stove, a full sized refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, and a full complement of dishes and cutlery with which to eat any meals prepared there. The sleeping area, bathroom (w/tub, & shower) the kitchen, as well as the towels and bed linens were immaculately clean. Through a rear door each suit has its own picnic table and Weber grill with which to cook and eat an outdoor meal if desired. There is also a screened kiosk with padded porch furniture if you wish to spend the evening hanging out and maybe sipping an adult beverage. I enjoyed my stay there, and will stay there again if I am down in the area.

I fell into Starlite as a room I booked was disgusting. Set back from the road and unassuming from the outside, I walked into a complete gem. Clean, full of amenities and comfortable, the Starlite blew me away. a bed and day bed in the big room with a TV that boast's 90 channels as well as Netflix and Amazon. A kitchen with a real coffee pot, toaster and minimal utensils, Nice Bathroom and very clean. I can honestly say "Don't judge a book by its cover! The backyard is an oasis to enjoy a Catskill moment. Quiet and accommodating, I will always choose this affordable and wonderfully comfortable stay. BRAVO!

Lovely outdoor communal area, like something out of a storybook with all those twinkle lights! Unexpected and charming. Easy check in and check out, free firewood, our own private bbq, functional kitchen, comfy beds, close to beautiful mountains and tons to do in nearby Margaretsville and Phoenicia. Can't wait to be back.

Pros: centrally located right off the main highway and close to lots of cool hikes and small towns to explore. Soft beds with good bedding. Cute outdoor common area. Felt safe in the motel while staying with my kids. Nice to have a full sized fridge and microwave to use. Cons: AC was loud but did not cool the room. It got HOT in our room especially at night. Carpet was dirty, bathtub didn’t drain and was rusted out. Coffee maker had mold inside and “clean” dishes in cupboard not clean. Overall not very clean.

Pleasantly surprised with the outdoor space and well appointed kitchen area. Beds were comfortable and overall clean. Nice sized rooms. Loved the deck off the kitchen.
