I booked three rooms in Hotel Signature Airport Zone, Shamshabad ( Hyderabad ) on the portal of MMT on 8th July 2023 for 14th & 15th August, 2023 . Paid full amount of booking on 04/08/2023. I also requested on mobile no. available on portal ( responded by Mr. Prathavi Raj ) to keep proper rooms for us since we will reach by late evening on 14th August, 2023 and all are around 65 years of age. Similar msg sent on 14th also but not responded despite having read all message by concerned person. When we reached hotel at 10.30 pm on 14th August, 2023 , it was shocking that rooms offered to us were on different floors and one room no 401 was on roof without any basic facilities . When insisted for proper room allotment, it has been rudely spoken by Mr Nawaz who was very inefficiently handling the guests at that time ( 10.30 pm ) that we may cancel our booking if don’t want to stay in allotted rooms. He also connected ( after lot of insistence ) us to some senior person ( Ms Lalitha ) who also given same rude reply to us. Rooms allotted to us were having dirty bathrooms , Fans were making sound, torn bed sheet in room no 107, no all out machine. Staff handling at night time was very unskilled and could not manage so many problems. They could not manage basic facilities in room no 401 for 2 hours despite repeated phone and 3-4 times visit at reception. They have provided one towel in each room despite having two guests in room. No body lotion bottle available in hotel. Even to provide tea catley in incomplete room no 401 , tea catley taken from our other room while we all were sitting in room no 107. During our so many years of travelling, this is terrible & worst experience of stay in any hotel. "jaisa dhokha hamne khaya hai, kisi aur ke saath nahi ho"
