Hotel Signature Airport Zone Hyderabad

Horrible. Filthy. 1* 1. Wrong info about property online 2. Dirty beds, dirty sheets, dirty pillows 3. Bathrooms are worst with no cleanliness 4. No breakfast even though advertised free breakfast 5. No gowels in room, no redriderator or any amenities in suite room. Horribly disappointing. Just FYI this not not 3 * hotel but judt 1*

Hotel looked okay from outside and the lobby was okay. We were given Room 402 which is on the roof top (not even sure if those are legal construction), when we went to 4th floor, we saw uncleaned plates lying on a corner of the entrance to the rooms which is quite shocking. Room was okay but it was full of mosquitos and quite clearly they have done no maintenance for cleaning mosquitos and not interested in maintaining good hygiene through out the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel.

I stayed in this hotel recently. It was a pleasant stay. Staff at reception invited with smile. Check in and check out process was very smooth. Service was very good. I recomment it to others if you are planning to stay near by airport.

What you see is not what you get. The images on online portals like Agoda, MMT etc. are nowhere near reality. There is nothing in the hotel that can be appreciated, except for the fact that it is nearer to the airport. This is by far the worst travel experience I have ever had, starting with the main door's safety locks not working, the nasty bathrooms, the messy rooms, the broken toilets, the bad food, and the rude staff. The room service and telephones do not work. People who want to commute to the airport may come here and stay by mistake! The ratings shown for this hotel on online portals are not correct. I am attaching a few photos for reference. Like what happened in my case, there is a chance that people choose this hotel due to its proximity to the airport to avoid airport transportation hurdles. This is no place where you can sleep peacefully, especially with your family.

I booked three rooms in Hotel Signature Airport Zone, Shamshabad ( Hyderabad ) on the portal of MMT on 8th July 2023 for 14th & 15th August, 2023 . Paid full amount of booking on 04/08/2023. I also requested on mobile no. available on portal ( responded by Mr. Prathavi Raj ) to keep proper rooms for us since we will reach by late evening on 14th August, 2023 and all are around 65 years of age. Similar msg sent on 14th also but not responded despite having read all message by concerned person. When we reached hotel at 10.30 pm on 14th August, 2023 , it was shocking that rooms offered to us were on different floors and one room no 401 was on roof without any basic facilities . When insisted for proper room allotment, it has been rudely spoken by Mr Nawaz who was very inefficiently handling the guests at that time ( 10.30 pm ) that we may cancel our booking if don’t want to stay in allotted rooms. He also connected ( after lot of insistence ) us to some senior person ( Ms Lalitha ) who also given same rude reply to us. Rooms allotted to us were having dirty bathrooms , Fans were making sound, torn bed sheet in room no 107, no all out machine. Staff handling at night time was very unskilled and could not manage so many problems. They could not manage basic facilities in room no 401 for 2 hours despite repeated phone and 3-4 times visit at reception. They have provided one towel in each room despite having two guests in room. No body lotion bottle available in hotel. Even to provide tea catley in incomplete room no 401 , tea catley taken from our other room while we all were sitting in room no 107. During our so many years of travelling, this is terrible & worst experience of stay in any hotel. "jaisa dhokha hamne khaya hai, kisi aur ke saath nahi ho"
