With respect to multiple rooms booked, #phone was not working in my room
#ac was not working in one of the suite room #hygiene was not upto the mark #food was good - interms of break fast

I forgot my items in the hotel room and the staff member, Debashish Adhikary, was very kind enough to courier the items back to us. The hotel is very nice and the staff is very co-operative. Would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel nearby.

Hotel is in a convenient location to hyderabad rajiv gandhi airport. Room was clean and staff friendly. Restaurant food was great. Certainly recommend for short stays.
