The hotel photos look great, but the reality is a bummer. The room feels cheap, i spotted bugs all over the place, and there are barely any amenities to speak of.

First of all their restaurant is closed, rooms doors are not in proper condition, taps are broken n toilets are not clean. Same breakfast eveyday ie idle n chutney that too was very salty.

One of the worst hotel in shamshabad. People are treated very badly. In my case, i have waited for one and half hours in the reception and got a room which i have not booked. After so many questions the hotel incharge or owner informed we will get the actual booked room after 12. 00 pm as per check in time. The hotel representative didn't give a proper response and asked me to contact makemytrip customer support for any help. I recommend the makemytrip team to remove your mm t assurance for this hotel.

I couldn't cancel booking. Lost all money. Hotel staff did not pickup call. Rude telling me non refundable denying to refund for even next day booking. Makemytrip is not informing well on cancellation window. It said i can cancel until check in. Instead it should explicitly mention cancellation time. My plans changed due to emergency. I mo the hotel should be rated low.

our stay was terrible. bed sheets had stains on it .. bathroom was not clean … ac was too noisy .. dint provide complementary water bottles. room door was kept open prior to our check in . overall experience was horrible

Please don’t suggest these type of hotel. I made advance payment otherwise get other options. I give extra money for kids in the booking but i got a bed only in the floor for my kids. This was an old local hotel with bad service no features ( eg. Tv not working, no kettle, etc. Are up to mark mentioned in features. . I am totally disappointed with the paid service i got.
