The pool was nice, but the rest of it let it down. Room- ant, room service very poor. Shower shocking, unsafe, smells of sewage. Food- 2 out of 5, we sleep the breakfast as nothing to eat apart from pancakes where you have to wait in the queue for 10 minutes. Lunch and dinner- everywhere is a queu, to get a table, to get food and to get drink…. Entertainment is ok, nothing special. Very young boys entertaining yang girls - nothing more. Drinks in the bar- shocking. You have to stay in the queue each time and the will fill your bear in 200 ml plastic glass and not full The pool was nice, the only swimming pool I would give 4/5* rest 2 * It was sad that 3k was spent so badly. Definitely won't be back again to this hotel and not sure about Tunidia

I had a great time during my stay at Hotel Shame Holidays! The animation team was fantastic, always full of energy and keeping everyone entertained. Special shoutout to Kimo, the best organisto of ping pong — his skills and enthusiasm made every match unforgettable. The food was delicious, especially at the upstairs restaurant near the start bar. The buffet had a great variety and tasted fresh every day. The bar staff were friendly and made amazing cocktails. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice view. The atmosphere was lively and fun throughout the resort. Evening shows were enjoyable and perfect for all ages. Overall, a wonderful holiday experience — would definitely come back!

Dans la chambre 508, filet d'eau froide en guise de douche, fourmis ( on a changé de chambre pour ce même problème), odeurs d'égout dans l'hôtel, dans le restaurant principal, une seule bonbonne d'eau pour 1300 clients, queues interminables pour les plats, le bar. Dessertes sales, il fallait courir pour trouver des verres, des bols, assiettes. Même plats pendant une semaine. Pas de pédiluves aux piscines. Ne pas faire l'excursion pour les îles kuriat, pas de plage, abord plein d'algues qu'il fallait traverser dans une eau noirâtre avec des trous immenses sans avoir pied pour atteindre une eau claire. Très dangereux pour des enfants ou alors prévoir brassards ou gilet de sauvetage. Débarquement en pleine mer sur des barges bondées, sans gilet de sauvetage. Ni le guide, ni la représentante de mondial tourisme ne nous avaient prévenus ! Quant à la plage de l'hôtel, tuyaux qui dépassaient de la mer, égouts ?? Gravats, eau noirâtre aussi. Fuyez !

Overall, it was a pleasant experience at this resort. The food and services were good, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. At the reception, we found understanding and quick help in resolving an issue with the TV. Less pleasant aspects included the furniture in the room and the lack of Wi-Fi. The on-site coordinator, Chrak Kallala, was kind and available to assist us throughout our stay.

Cudownie spędzane wakacje.. pogoda dopisuje, obsługa recepcji, baru oraz animacji jest bardzo przyjazna. Co wieczór odbywają się jakieś atrakcje zarówno dla dużych jak i małych. Bardzo dużo atrakcji jest dostępnych na terenie hotelu: bransoletki, ręcznie robione mydła i wiele innych. Personel jest bardzo pomocny w każdej sytuacji. Można skorzystać z kolacji, które są dostępne w dwóch restauracjach tematycznych. Szczególnie gorąco pragnę polecić fotografa Chagra, który jest pomocny, uśmiechnięty, zabawny i ma fantastyczne podejście do dzieci a na dodatek robi wspaniałe zdjęcia. Musicie koniecznie skorzystać, żeby mieć pamiątkę na lata! ❤️❤️❤️

W Tunezji jesteśmy drugi raz i to po raz pierwszy w Monastirze. Pobyt w hotelu uważam za udany. Wakacje spędzamy tutaj 14 dni. Bardzo podoba mi się to miejsce pomimo kilku mankamentów. Atmosfera i ludzie, którzy tutaj pracują sa bardzo mili-przede wszystkim menedżer baru, recepcji czy pracownicy animacji. Polecam bardzo serdecznie fotografa Chagre, który ma bardzo dobre podejście do klienta i dzieci- jest zabawny, usmiechnięty i uprzejmy. Robi wspaniałe zdjęcia, które są super pamiątką na lata. Polecam gorąco!

J’ai voyagé avec ma maman au Mondi Club Shem Holiday Village à Monastir et nous avons passé un superbe séjour ! Franchement, cet hôtel mérite un peu plus que ses 3 étoiles. Les infrastructures sont très vastes, les chambres sont spacieuses et toujours bien entretenues. La nourriture est bonne avec beaucoup de saveurs tunisiennes. Petit bémol au petit-déjeuner, où le choix est très limité. Un autre petit point à améliorer : les verres sont vraiment très petits et la vaisselle n’est pas renouvelée assez rapidement, il faut parfois attendre pour en avoir de propre. Mais honnêtement, ces détails n’ont pas gâché notre séjour car le personnel est au top : les serveurs, les surveillants de plage/piscine et les femmes de ménage sont toujours souriants. Un immense merci aux animateurs, qui ont été tout simplement géniaux ! Mention spéciale à Zico et Rico qui ont rendu nos vacances inoubliables grâce à leur bonne humeur et leur énergie. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel, surtout hors période scolaire, pour profiter pleinement de la tranquillité et des infrastructures.

We booked Shem’s Holiday Village in Tunisia through Love Holidays expecting a safe, family-friendly 3-star all-inclusive stay. What we got was the complete opposite. Food was unsafe — undercooked chicken, dirty plates, cracked cups, and multiple cockroaches in the dining area. Our room was infested with ants, bedding and towels were only changed on request, and no pool towels were provided at all. Cleaners handled our personal items, putting clothes and underwear from our suitcases onto the beds — completely inappropriate. Litter after evening entertainment was left overnight instead of cleaned up. The resort toilets were dirty and wouldn’t lock properly. The bars were understaffed with long queues for tiny drinks unless you tipped extra — which defeats the point of paying all-inclusive. We spent £2,000 on this holiday and ended up paying for food off-site just so our 6-year-old could eat safely. We’ve stayed in other true 3-star all-inclusives and this does not meet the standard in any way. Other guests we spoke to had the same experience. We’re pursuing a full refund. Would not return and do not recommend.
