I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff displayed unprofessional behavior by asking for tips despite failing to assist with the electricity issue i was facing. There was no power backup, making my stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the room was poorly maintained, with dirty walls. I cannot recommend this hotel to other customers.

Room is good but there staff is rudely behaviour. And very problem creating personal privacy. And me and my girlfriend is spend time ***** but staff is knock the door 3 times and disturbing each other.

I booked hotel at 7 pm and when i go to the hotel at 8 pm, hotel manager said that i have no room. After 2 hour he gave me room so very bad experience
