Booked here because of iCity! The location is close to iCity, walking distance about 2-3mins. Clean room, excellent service, food was nice, even the welcoming cookies taste good👍🏻.

After staying in the same hotel for the last 30 years…..a little sad to see the hotel growing old……aircon not adjustable, room service very poor (check in without even basic tea bag, 2nd day shock to see they clean the bed but forgot the toilet with no changed towels and no water replenishment)

Check in was smooth and great by Mr Harris. I contacted helpdesk for assistance to safe box matter. Safe box has no power and technician came to rectify. With some help, safe box has power. However after a few attempts, the reset was activated at every new pin entry and the rod never move. Other than this mishap, the call for in-room dining makes up the good deal with first order of Caeser Salad and Soup, followed by another order for western salmon. Both were served by the same person. The window view of Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah mosque was in respect and magnitude of our stay. We gave the in-room dining 5 stars rating. We give the safe box a 3 out of 5 stars.

Room was nicely in size, comfortable, clean.. Shower room and toilet are separated.. Location wise it depend on what ur stay for.. It is located near factories area.. Around the hotel there are multiple condo/apartment of almost similar design building with the hotel.. About 15-20 min drive to stadium shah alam/aeon shah alam.. Amenities like iron, iron board, dental kit, shaving kit are provide upon request, they mention as a step for greener world.. Water heater work well.. Air cond also work well.. Gym was okay.. Basic machine that can cover full body exercises..

Bilik very nice for one night stay.agak besar utk traveller. Cuma cermin bathroom agak almost transparent.kalau nak mandi perlu tutup lampu bilik Dan toilet.utk couples okay.kalau family perlu coverup cermin dgn towel. Breakfast ok sesuai dgn harga bilik bole repeat for short escape

There was a convocation ceremony at MSU and my brother is one of the graduates there. This hotel is quite near to MSU (not advised if you want to walk to MSU from the hotel). The room is clean and spacious! The pool and play area is fun! I like that they have trampolines, I enjoyed playing it. Would recommend here for family gatherings.

I checked in yesterday and they have a problem with internet for the whole day so i am unable to done my work. And for today they only replaced one towel in my room. I called to the reception staff asking for towel, she said okay. After 5 minutes, a guy from reception give a call and mention they don’t have stock for the towel!! How can it be?? I called back to the reception, a lady pick up my call and she said okay she will send it up. Thanks to her. So the question here, what is happening with that guy actually??? 1st there is no internet connection on the first day, lucky the second day it back to normal. 2nd you guys didn’t replace two towel in the room, 3rd you mention that you dont have enough stock for towel while you only gave me one towel?? And that lady manage to provide me the towel. Please bring your own towel if you wanna stay here. Overall facilities is okay. The lobby is nice and clean. Just need enough training for the certain staff here. Treat your guest with fairway and we will comeback.

This is not my first time staying here..it’s a large room with pantry and dining area..comfortable bed and convenient parking..the only inconvenience thing is the ironing area is at the dark area..hard to do some ironing in the dark area..maybe can improve on that
