We booked 13 rooms for an academic visit in Shah Alam for 3-4 Jan 2023. All rooms were clean and nicely done. Each room is provided with 2 towels, soaps and shampoo. TV and air conditioner are all work well. The shower is a bit broken but the rest is all good. The highlight here is the bed. Very clean with fluffy pillows you can only get from 5-star hotels 😁 Deposit of RM50 for each room must be paid before you check in. As we did not bring enough cash, we asked if we can only put up RM100. The reception guy was kind enough to call the owner of the hotel to get a yes from him. After much negotiation, we agreed with RM200! Thanks to them!

The hotel is right inside i city area, you can walk to the theme park and even the mall, a lot of food shops nearby, the rooms are as the pics, nice and clean.. no complains will surely come again. We had such a bad experience with this hotel when the card used wasnt detected by the scanner at the door. When we wanted to ask the receptionist, there were none of them. The room was okay and cool but the service is not.
