worst experience..although book earlier, but given very bad room...towel so smelly, bed not clean, got stain, bathroom also not clean...no nearby restaurant for bfast ..really hard

Already book in trip queen bed but during long check in, the staff so rude saying there’s no vacant double bed and i need to stay in double single bed. The staff doesn’t even say sorry at all so rude and said it was system problem. I was so angry because the wat he spoke and not feel guilty for changing last minute. Then, i need to go to level 2 using stairs for the new room. The plug broken, water heater broken, tv broken, omg the sink so dangerous!!! Can fall anytime. Not recommended!!
