It was a last minute stay as we had an emergency and need to find a place to stay nearby. The initial room we checked in had some issues with drainage clogging. We requested to change to another room and the hotel agreed and gave us a different room. However the new room also has drainage clogging issues though not as bad. Other than that, the location was conveniently close to everything and it had ample parking spaces. Just hope the housekeeping will remember to always clean the drains in the toilet before new guests check in to prevent clogging and overflowing.

Booked for two nights but decided to check out after the first night as we were not satisfied with the overall condition of the hotel. I would rate it a 2-star hotel.
Overall, the hotel needs a major facelift.The cleanliness of the room and toilet could have been better.
One main gripe of the toilet is the shower compartment floor is not recessed so water would flow from the shower compartment to the other parts of the toilet.
The hotel is near the famous PKNS Shah Alam Complex which swayed our decision to choose this hotel.
As it was duriig the Ramadan period, we opted for the sahur buffet meal served at the hotel's Rumbia Cafe which is located at the hotel annex building.
Rigjt behind the hotel, after 3 p.m., there is a Ramadan bazaar where you can find a variety of local food.
You park your car at the hotel's open carpark and there were plenty of lots when we checked in perhaps due to the low season (?).
When checking out, remember to validate your Touch and Go card at the reception.
