I highly recommend against it for foreigners who don't have local bank apps to transfer money, as you need to transfer a deposit online, they don't accept cash as the reception doesn't even exist, you pick up the keys to the room in the locker in the hall after transferring the deposit. The room is large, but the bed linen is very dirty, I saw insects. Think 10 times before checking in.

before check out the admin is very nice and efficient. however, after we checked out, the admin service was quite bad and the time to get the deposit refund was quite long, i.e. we had to wait for 3 days. not as promised i.e. the admin said 24-36 hours after check out. besides that, the toilet smells a bit bad so we can't always open the sliding door and the toilet door can't be closed.

The room door is broken and the room is so smelly. I call to complaint and the person in charge told me the smell is from the piping there then i ask why still give me the room that got smell he told me for him he can accept it. What is that bull ****😨
We dont even stay there go in and immediately call them and said wanna cancel it but still not refundable. So bad service.

This is probably the WORSE place u can book. If u want to sleep with beg bugs.. be my guest. Wasted my time travelling for 6 hours with facing traffic jam and all and to see the room like just after a war. Let the pictures do the talking lah. I wanted my booking fee refunded but they only refund my deposit. A unit that is so run down asking for deposit is a major red flag! The toilet looked like it was left like that for years! All the metal parts are rusting and walls broken!
