The building looks good from the outside. When you enter the unit, the room isn’t very clean, there was dust on the light fixtures. I saw some ants and small spiders all over the unit. The toilet has a bad smell probably due to the pipes.

The location is good for us. Convenience stores are just at ground floor. Entrance to parking just need a bit more time to find, as it’s at another side of the building. The unit is spacious, with all necessities prepared. However, it is a bit run down. I have quite sensitive nose, the smell at the unit including bedsheet is kinda unbearable for me and my friend.

Owner responded fast to replace the broken shower pipe.
Unit unfortunately was not well maintained.
The access keycard was not able to access third floor linked bridge gate. No effort was made to replace with a functional card.
Plenty of room for improvement.

Second time staying.good as usual but the floor a bit sticky.can improve on that in future.overall very good from me because I know the flow how to check in and check out also find my parking spot
