Its a clean and neat hotel near the train station. Service by the front desk are wonderful. The staff who are attending to the rooms are also very friendly. Location to town is also near.

We got to the hotel at 10 pm and we got our room like at 11. The air conditioner wasn't working. We asked the hotel people to turn it on, but they said we don't need it.
We went to the room and it was hot, they turned the ac but it wasn't working. A male receptionist was really nice and helped us. He brought us a fun.
I would like fron TRIP more than 5 coins. We just can sleep from 1 to 8 and we paid 168 plus taxes.

The reception and staff very friendly and welcoming, but the room was not worth the high price - it’s quite old and small. However, amazing and really delicious breakfast. Would go back for that!

Hotel comodo soprattutto per la vicinanza al centro, alla stazione e alle fermate degli autobus. Il plus lo fa l'accoglienza della signora Aida alla sala colazione, sempre sorridente e molto dolce con i bambini...con mia figlia è stata premurosa come una mamma! Grazie Aida, torneremo a trovarti! Hotel in centro a Trieste, molto comodo per poter visitarla. Camera non molto ampia, anche se molto accessoriata. Peccato per la vasca, anzichè la doccia. Colazione buona, con una vasta scelta di portate. Come tutti i grandi Hotel, caffè con la macchinetta automatica...non proprio al top. Personale gentile. Manca il parcheggio privato, abbiamo parchegiato nel parcheggio pubblico...molto costoso e distante dall'ingresso...manca un posto auto per poter almeno scaricare i bagagli.
