We had an amazing stay at this villa! The location is absolutely unique, with breathtaking views all around. The private pool was spotless, perfectly warm, and offered an unforgettable view of the stunning blue beaches. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and equipped with everything you need to make your stay truly comfortable and enjoyable. Nikoletta is a fantastic host – so kind, welcoming, and always available to help with any questions. We felt incredibly well taken care of from the moment we arrived. Our experience was wonderful, and we would love to come back again!

WOW! We adored our 6 nights stay here at Anadeo and the villas and view are absolutely STUNNING! The only other location with breathtaking high up views like this we have experienced was Santorini - and we much much prefer Leftkada for the amazing beaches, restaurants and quieter experience. Niki from Anadeo is the most perfect host even wanting to carry our heavy suitcases into the villas and she recommended so many wonderful things for us to see and do and she is just soo kind! We would actually like to move in!! Haha! There is even an amazing restaurant and groovy bar right next door with more amazing sunsets and views! Don't hesitate in booking this amazing villa, the pool and the whole experience will make you want to stay forever ... ! Xxx

Very comfortable and practical to the last detail. Great high quality equipment. Fantastic interior and tarrace with a great endless pool. Unforgettable views. Wonderful breakfast concept. And above all very helpful and super kind staff.

Our stay at Anadeo Villas & Suites in Exanthia, Lefkada was nothing short of perfection. From the first moment, Niki, our lovely host, welcomed us with so much warmth and care. She's so kind, attentive, and actually made our stay unforgettable with her fantastic hospitality. The villa was impeccably clean, stylish, and offered a wonderful sense of peace and privacy. The unmistakable highlight was the magical sunset view each evening — absolute magic that we looked forward to every day, right from our veranda. Breakfast was a delightful affair each morning — lovingly made, fresh food, beautiful presentation, and with a friendly smile. If you're looking for a place that's encompassed by beauty, convenience, and real Greek hospitality, Anadeo is the gem. We hope to visit again soon!

Exceptional, beautiful tranquil setting. Wonderful customer service with nikoletta and the team. Villa high end and pool is an actual pool not just a plunge pool Great restaurant and bar accessible with private access. Views are breathtaking

Amazing!!! We booked this villa because we saw a couple on you tube do a video about B their experience . It did not disappoint- in fact it was more amazing than we realised it would be. Niki the host could not have been more helpful. The breakfast was delicious, the view unbeatable and the accommodation was perfection. I would not hesitate to recommend it. We stayed for our first 2 of 7 nights on lefkas. We wanted to see the spectacular sunsets and experience Rachi restaurant next door (book early! ) . Rachi and Fly Me bar are brilliant too!!!! And my husband did paragliding down to the beach because he kept watching them launch from right next to the villa so joined in. We wish we had stayed for 5 nights instead of 2.

Our stay at Anadeo was absolutely amazing! Stunning location, pool and view. Apartment was spectacular, clean, comfortable and inviting.
