Bon séjour dans ce bel hôtel. Très bien situé. À quelques minutes du Lac. La propreté de l’hôtel et l’amabilité du personnel ont rendu l’expérience encore plus intéressante. Je recommande fortement.

Basic, but clean and relatively new hotel
The selling point would be free parking as i took the hotel as the base and drove to different places.
Breakfast is just simple. I wish the hotel would be able to provide kettle and cutleries in the room

2 eme séjour hôtel très propre très calme 😌 parking sécurisé. Accueil parfait. Petit déjeuner suffisant pour commencer une journée. A deux minutes d annecy .

2 eme fois dans cet hôtel et nous reviendrons une fois chambre famille et couple . Chambre très propre . Très bon bon accueil alors certes le petit déjeuner n a pas énormément de choix mais nous sommes dans un 2 étoiles et franchement largement suffisant. Aucun bruit. Parking gardé pour Annecy pour 1 à 2 nuits franchement top 👍

It's a budget hotel. So, despite my rating, don't expect too much. There is no safe deposit box, but the A/C works well. Their parking place is big enough and it's illuminated at night.

arrivé à 11h le matin nous n'avons pas pu déposer nos affaires.la réceptionniste m'indique que nous avons une chambre à mobilité réduite ? alors qu'à la réservation je n'ai jamais demandé cela ! impossible de changer de chambre car l'hôtel est complet . De plus le prix indiqué à l'entré (79 E) est facturé 89 E , raison invoqué : période tendue (25 juin) ? Pour dormir nous avons été obliger de mettre des boules quies car le bruit de la VMC dans les toilettes est fort et continu ! Hôtel à éviter : le prix élevé ne correspond pas aux prestations

Si vous voulez vous reposer dans l’après midi ou être bien accueilli, surtout n’allez pas au ACE hôtel d’Annecy car IMPOSSIBLE de prendre possession de sa chambre avant 16h (même en ayant averti). L’hôtel et le parking sont totalement vides mais la réceptionniste refuse de nos laisser accéder aux chambres à 14:30 et RIEN avant 16h ! C’est l’accueil savoyard ou le sens de l’hospitalité chez ACE. ACE ne me reverra plus…
