Si vous aimez partager l'intimité de vos voisins, être réveillés par les pleurs de leurs enfants, ou par les clients éméchés, étouffer dans une chambre mal isolée, vous laver les dents en étant assis aux toilettes, et dormir sur une planche de bois... courez-y, vous ne serez pas déçus.

Pour ce prix là, vous trouverez toujours mieux. Pas de literie: vous dormez sur un matelas de futon posé sur une planche en bois, pas d’insonorisation, une cabine de douche minuscule. L’hôtel est sale, le buffet de petit-déjeuner avec très peu de choix. Les photos postées sur *********** sont trompeuses, l’espace de la chambre est minuscule. Je déconseille très fortement

Manque de propreté, d’insonorisation. Lits inconfortables. Murs et plafonds dégradés. Honteux au vu du prix de la chambre. Lit superposé proposé alors qu’on a un enfant de 2 ans. Réservé pour un lit double et un lit simple. Je ne reviendrai plus, mais gratuitement !

The hotel is good for 1 or 2 nights no more. The room is not very wide but if you not stay a long time is good. The bed is not comfortable and the bathroom is small. The location is good, 12 minutes to the center by car.

Aucune isolation sonore , vous dormez avec les voisins. Le sommier est remplace par une plaque en bois, confort zéro.... Horaire de l'ouverture de le réception pas respecte donc oblige d'appeler le numéro d'urgence et d'attendre la réceptionniste , 30 minutes pour récupère ces clefs en sachant que je mettais mis en relation avec l'hôtel pour avoir a disposition les clefs a l'entrée mais la boite ne marchait pas. Hôtel situe trop loin du centre d'annecy. Il y avait un trou dans le mur de notre chambre..

Very poor soundproofing. You can hear the neighbors next door and especially those upstairs. Doesn't deserve more than 60€. Organization for late arrival very well and pleasant staff. To be used only if you want to take a break on the road

Our stay went well, very good value for money. Too bad for the 2 beds pushed together to make one. A little noisy (poorly soundproofed). Small but adequate bathroom. Advantage of private parking.
