Staff was wonderful. Grounds are well-maintained and clean. Rental cars were available on-site. For those who are new to snorkeling or have kids, there's a good spot at the gut at the northern end of the property if people aren't fishing there. Snorkeling's also good at the Columbus monument's beach, a short drive north of CSMBR.

We have been to many places in the Bahamas, CAPE SANTA MARIA, by far is the best of everything, From our bungalow’s,to the food to the hospitality, we have been going back every year now, for five years, and we are going again this November, It is so clean and the food is outstanding, Try it, you will fall in love,

We’re all about quiet, non-commercialized beaches, and this spot totally delivered! It was so peaceful—just us, the sunshine, and water so clear it felt like swimming in a giant pool. I could’ve soaked in that God-made beauty forever! The staff? Absolute gems. They treated us like family and made the whole experience even better. This place is a total hidden treasure—go before everyone else finds out about it!

Cape Santa Maria is truly our happy place. My family and I absolutely love everything about it – the people, the relaxed vibe, and what we believe is the most amazing beach in the world. It’s not a luxury destination, but that’s part of its charm. The food is excellent, the bar is always lively, the staff are incredibly friendly, and every night we enjoy a peaceful, restful sleep. If you’re looking for a beautiful, authentic, and welcoming getaway, this is it.

Ma conception du paradis..... des bungalows face à la mer sur une plage paradisiaque au bout du monde. Jamais plus de 10 personnes sur cette plage avec des eaux turquoises. C'est notre 5eme passage dans cet endroit et nous apprécions comme au 1er jour. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse jamais mise en défaut. Équipement très simple, pas de tv mais la mer offre le spectacle depuis son patio personnel. Ne pas venir là pour des activités, on se repose et c'est tout. On peut aussi aller à la pêche si possible à la mouche pour essayer de prendre le bonefish appelé le fantôme des flats. Attention, pas restaurant, ni boutiques sur cette partie de l'île La fiabilité de la southern air charter se degrade au fil des années (retards répétés, annulation de vol, changement d'aéroport...)

Wonderful!
We had a lovely four night stay in this idyllic spot. The beach is perfect - amazing white sand with lovely clear water. A real opportunity to get away from it all and a long way from the crowded tourist hotels of Nassau. Many guests return and I can understand why. Our two boys (10 and 14 years) loved it too.
