A very bad hotel. I booked a double room with twin beds. When I arrived at the hotel, I was given a room with one bed. I asked Ctrip customer service to communicate and coordinate, but the hotel refused to admit it. Moreover, the bedding in the hotel was very light and the blankets were very uncomfortable. It is extremely unhygienic for pets to urinate and defecate everywhere, bad review!

The 280 dollars we paid were not worth it. There was no elevator only a staircase. There was no breakfast. The microwave was not in the room it was in the lobby downstairs. There was less parking space. There was no AC. But there was also good stuff. There was a picnic area.

Overall - good stay. Do recommend and would stay again. The not-so-good- Front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and communication was a slight issue. They had hard time finding our reservation. We asked for a one hour delay for checkout and were given a hard ‘no’. The picky - Bottles of shampoo and conditioner were tiny for us having more than one person in each room. The good - Bag storage was excellent. We were very happy to have that available to us. Rooms in the annex were quiet and convenient to the restaurant. Water from tap was cold and good for refill water bottles. Front desk staff was ok with our group hanging in lobby waiting for our next transfer. They were kind and understanding.

Just wrote a review, the Breeze Inn even though they were booked solid and they didn’t have a room for our reservation that we made,they at least found us another hotel room at the Gateway Inn about one block away. Sorry….Thank You, a satisfied hotel guest.

Beds and pillows are great. Lacks in the house keeping and hot water department though. Luke warm at best for water. Left for the day and came back to our room not cleaned ( You'll find a note in room for tip also). Hard to leave tip for nothing? No AC in rooms and place is located by hwy so open windows let road noise in. Was only 56 degrees outside and i still ended up with no covers on in a puddle of my own sweat. Rooms get supper hot at night.

The hotel desk staff and shuttle driver were very pleasant. Our room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The view was wonderful; it looked out towards the harbor. They do not have a continental breakfast, but they have onsite a restaurant and lounge. Location of the hotel is within walking distance of boat tours, shops and many other restaurants. If we are ever to go back to Seward, we would stay there again.

We stayed at the breeze Inn before we got on our cruise ship. They were great! The front desk staff were nice and helpful. They picked us up from the train station and took us to the ship the next day. After I realized I left something at the hotel I called and they brought it to the ship for me to get! I was so thankful they went out of their way to do that! Would definitely stay again when in Seward.
