酒店有嚴重的種族歧視。我在這酒店住兩晚，預訂了兩天的早餐。第一天我早餐快吃完的時候，才發現其他客人進來之後都有服務員過去問，需要咖啡還是茶，服務員還會專門拿一個菜單過去，問客人是不是需要單點菜單上的菜？原來這酒店的早餐分兩部分：公共取餐區+菜單單點。菜單上的菜是包含在早餐費用裏的，我連菜單都沒見過，更不要提點餐了。連咖啡我都是自己主動要的，也沒人來問我喝什麼。後續我問了服務員，為什麼沒有給我提供和其他客人一樣的服務，她説她沒看到我。大姐，我這麼大一個人在餐廳坐了30分鐘你説你沒看到我？我和酒店經理溝通，因為我完全被忽略了，也沒享受到任何早餐菜單上的服務，所以要求退早餐錢，大概23歐元。她説，退款不可能，對我最好的補償是明天早餐時，讓服務員對我和其他客人一樣。🤷。她還特意説，我們對中國人沒有歧視，就像我們也不歧視黑人和猶太人，再説了，服務員沒給你菜單你不會主動要嗎？你看這話説的，***. 我説，你會要求別的客人也主動要菜單嗎？如果不是的話，你憑什麼要求我？我建議任何有良知的人都不要住這個種族歧視的酒店，我們應該讓所有種族歧視在這個地球上消失。建議攜程取消和這個酒店的合作。如果不想服務中國人，就不要賺中國人的錢了。

Très bel établissement, moderne, très propre et le personnel est très agréable. Idéal pour un séjour en couple. Idéalement situé.
Bémol sur le changement de serviettes quotidien et sur le menu dégustation du restaurant au tarif trop élevé et au service beaucoup trop rapide (le plat suivant était déjà prêt avant d'avoir terminé le précédent).

The hotel is very nice and very conveniently located. The staff was very accommodating. The room was very comfortable, and we got the pillows we requested which made our night sleep so comfortable.
The only thing that we found peculiar was that the room we booked was nothing like in the photos. First we were offered this room that had as a ‘balcony’ the bottom of a well. That is, a space on the first floor that extended all the way to the top of the building, like the bottom of a well. The room we were switched to was very nice but had no balcony, as shown in photos when we books the room. We were told that the specs of the rooms with that denomination are not quite the same.
All in all, while we did appreciate the comfort of the hotel and the kindness of the staff, we did not appreciate being deceived in booking a room.

Situated in the heart of Seville this place is an absolute gem, from the moment we walked in we were greeted at the door by 2 members of staff from that moment i knew we were at the right place. The rooms were excellent and very cosy. The breakfast was better than any restaurant standard. The rooftop pool was a bonus and we used it daily to have a couple hours to relax after the constant walking you do in this beautiful city. The hotel was so good I could have stayed in all day. Thank you Hotel UNUK for making our holiday extra special and thank you to all staff that made us so welcome.

Hotel Unuk is a wonderful hotel to stay in when visiting beautiful Seville. Great location for both the old town and shopping area. Everything about the hotel was special, from our room, pool/terrace, to the bar and breakfast. Excellent customer service, the staff were so lovely and could not have been nicer or more helpful. The hotel has a lovely exterior with wrought iron balconies and tremendous views from the terrace/rooftop. As we had a late flight we asked whether it would be possible to get a late check out and they were happy to oblige. We look forward to returning to Seville and Hotel Unuk next year. Muchas gracias!

Excellent service. They arranged airport transfers, booked a tablao/flamenco show for us in las Setas, and recommended places to visit. Very clean, modern, and accommodating. It is perfectly located, making it great for eating, shopping, and visiting tourist hotspots. 10/10 would recommend!

A beautiful hotel in the heart is Sevilla. Placed within walking distance of all the main attractions around Sevilla. But the main reason to stay is the staff. Always friendly and amazingly helpful. From our warmest of greetings to their city to cooking porridge for two fussy English. They really did make our stay a wonderful experience.
