超級滿意的一家，服務好的沒話説，checkin的橙汁喝的超級滿足。酒店美得像博物館，我們住的一樓房型，還算很合理的設計，床足夠大，衞生間還有自熱毛巾架。位置在老城區，地段超級好，去教堂或者皇宮都步行10分鐘以內。開車就不要想了，taxi開得都很艱難的小路。每天晚上還有吉他手錶演，很舒緩放空的音樂。 不要錯過這家，如詩如畫，我給10分。

位置不錯的帶漂亮庭院的小酒店，庭院沒有玻璃頂棚，所以空氣新鮮，有個露台可以觀景。前台很熱情，在地圖上標註了熱門的景點和過去的線路。去王宮和教堂走路幾分鐘，因為天氣實在太熱，所以taxi來回的西班牙廣場，單程也就6、7歐。酒店在小巷子裏，車子衹停在附近路口。很不爽的是住的房間空調是直對着床吹的，無法調整，結果是掉頭180度勉強睡了一晚。

I would highly recommend this hotel! They treat you with so much care and respect. They think of everything you may need and you feel like royalty. Words can’t explain the positive experience I had staying here. I would definitely come back and stay again. 5 stars!! I would give it 10 if I could.

The location and the staff of the hotel boutique were absolutely amazing. The place is gorgeous and full of history. The only comment I have was that the walls of the rooms have little to no sound proofing. We stayed on the first floor and could hear the footsteps of the guests above us as well as someone taking a shower and the water running. Other than that , was an amazing stay and one of the best designed and thought of hotels

We just finished our stay at Casa Del Poeta. We had an excellent time! The hotel is located in an area where all the important sites and many excellent restaurants are within easy walking distance. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast is excellent and the service is friendly and efficient. Our room was very comfortable. We will definitely return on our next trip to Seville.

The staff , the atmosphere was like a movie. The scent was so comforting , every day! This was the best hotel on our trip. The rooms were sweet , and bright 🌞 I have allergies but their sheets were not washed in harsh chemicals, also they have wonderful gel foam pillows. The space was calm and quiet. A hot Breakfast was available daily that was also great. And the beds were super comfortable, not too soft or firm.

This is a hidden gem. Located in the pedestrian zone so we arranged a transfer from the airport. Worth the money paid for sure. Impeccable service since the check in. Each and every hotel employee was ready to walk an extra mile to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. Welcome drink while checking in, service at breakfast, help in finding our way to the restaurant, arranging our transfer to our next stop on the costa del sol, everything was perfect. I cannot find words to express our gratitude to the hotel staff. Our suite was clean and spacious. Air conditioning worked great and was very quiet. Guitar player at 1930 did an excellent job. Hotel is very centrally located, close to major landmarks. Restaurant recommendations were perfect. I highly recommend this establishment and wish them the best of luck in their business. It is worth every penny you pay.

Beautiful hotel but best part was the helpfulness of the staff - in particular Rocío and Matilde.
The room, although smaller (standard) was lovely and provided Molton Brown toiletries 😀
Rocío booked us a history and tapas tour as well as Flamenco which was outstanding. Plan to return to beautiful Seville and would stay in same hotel but would splash out on a superior room.
