The location is near the Urban Umbrella, and there is a Carrefour diagonally opposite. The staff is very friendly and answers all questions. They explain clearly and provide scenic spots and food maps. The hotel is very convenient to walk to most attractions in Seville, most of which are within two kilometers. The hotel environment is super good, all kinds of equipment are complete, without any damage or defects, and disposable toothbrushes and slippers are also provided, and the quality is also good. The shower gel and shampoo in the room bathroom are of good quality, and there is also hand cream, which are all good brands. I will choose this store next time I travel.

Hygiene: Not very good, the bed sheets were full of hair and other things and were not cleaned in time, and the water was not fresh. I stayed for three nights and the bath towels were not changed once

It's very convenient to get to various attractions. However, Ctrip's website shows 21-26 square meters, but it is actually as small as 15 square meters at most. You don't need to choose this hotel in the future. It was more than 1,400 when I ordered it, which was not cost-effective.

The service was the best of any hotel I've been to in Spain. The hotel staff were fluent in English and very friendly. It's easy to get to Metropol Parasol and other Seville attractions.

This hotel had an excellent location for viewing the Semana Santa celebrations which was why we travelled to Seville. It is also very well located to visit the historic parts of the city. The decor was very nice. Breakfast was very good- a wide selection of prepared items and you could also order from a menu.
But what really made the stay special was the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff- those at the front desk who booked restaurants or taxis and provided information on the Semana Santa processions and the staff at breakfast or in the dining room. Thank you for making our stay so special.

Hotel was truly amazing from the moment we first step through the doors. Staff were all so welcoming, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We were upgraded and welcomed with a glass of cava on arrival. The room was superb, good size, nicely decorated and everything you could possibly need was catered for, even a pillow menu. The bed was super comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. The Nespresso coffee maker was perfect for a morning coffee and a nice additional to the room. The bathroom was lovely it had a great power shower, fresh towels daily and the Rituals toiletries were a really lovely touch. The breakfast was first class so much choice, something for everyone, and again the staff were amazing, friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. We also enjoyed a visit to the roof top pool and bar such a lovely place to watch the sunset and relax after a day sightseeing. The hotel is perfectly situated in the centre and only a short walk to the sights. The hotel also gave us recommendations for local tapas restaurants which were all amazing too. We would highly recommend this hotel in every way. We will definitely be returning to this amazing hotel in the beautiful city of Seville.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Seville. Wonderful friendly staff and service. Close to the Setas and walkable to Cathedral, Alcazar and Las Duenas. Nice rooftop terrace area to chill and relax by a small pool.
