What a find you certainly want be disappointed. From the minute we checked in the staff were welcoming , helpful, friendly . Valet service was a great addition. Beautiful hotel decor our room had a fabulous shower ,wonderful breakfast, rooftop bar including a small pool ( which was much needed for a dip after a long day sightseeing) all absolutely stunning . Special shout out to Victor and Louis nothing was too much trouble

Loved this place, the staff were helpful and friendly. Rooftop bar was fantastic as was the restaurant at the hotel. Only wished the pool was open as it was over 80 degrees.

Our stay was beyond our expectations from the beautiful property to the brilliant staff and amazing breakfast. Hubby and daughter were very impressed with the shower :)! Please change nothing. Carlos was particularly amazing 10/10! Thank you.

This was the best accomodation we have ever stayed in. The Art Deco design has been done very well. The staff are very obliging & can’t do enough for you. The rooms are absolutely brilliant & very unique compared to the stock standard hotel. The roof top pool & bar is incredible, it has an amazing view over Seville. The Hotel Lobby is a place you need to book if you are staying in Seville.

A beautiful design hotel where each room has its own design featuring a modern, stylish take on Spanish esthetic legacy. The staff is perfect in every way; breakfast - delicious and beautiful atmosphere. I was lucky to have stayed in a room where I was served complimentary sweets and champagne. A great way to enjoy Spanish hospitality and good taste.

The staff were professional, helpful, and friendly in the reception, restaurant, and bar areas. Fabulous breakfast selection both buffet and ala carte. Amazing decor throughout the hotel. The valet carpark service was super efficient. pool may seem small but was enough for us to enjoy a day on the rooftop with great cocktails.

We were excited to try this off the beaten path hotel because of all the rave 5-star reviews. We travel at least 8 weeks a year and generally stay at only super 5-Star hotels. As soon as we were shown our room I was hit with a wave of weakness from an overwhelmingly sickening smell of something strong and toxic. I called down to the front desk and told them and they said they would ask housekeeping not to spray. Apparently there is a problem with a strong sewage smell in the air, and the drains. The hotel tries to mask with this toxic spray. Did not sleep at all and became sick with headaches and overall weakness. Every surface, towel, sheet, pillow and air vents reeked from this toxic chemical spray. We had originally booked 3 nights and we paid and notified them we were checking out early the morning after our first night. They then had the gall to label us a “no -show” so we couldn’t leave a review!!! If you value your health do not stay here.
