We were staying at the nearby Soho Boutique Sevilla hotel & wanted somewhere good to eat. We'd walked past this restaurant, attached to a hotel, on numerous occasions & liked the look of it. We were not disappointed! We were a family of 4 adults & a 14 month old toddler. A highchair was provided with no problem. The food & service was amazing. Our server had worked in London for a number of years at a top restaurant & his customer service was exemplary. The chef came out to check we were happy with our meal (& went to other tables too). The toilets are lovely - along the lines of The Ivy! I would highly recommend you visit & dine here

This hotel is simply stunning! We stayed for 3 nights in July 2024 and will 100% be coming back. We had a deluxe double room and it was gorgeous and completely spotless! The staff are also fantastic. Seville in July is HOT and there was nothing better than coming back to the hotel during the heat of the day for a siesta on the roof and well needed cool down in the pool. There is a bar on the roof alongside the pool which wasn’t staffed but there are call buttons and someone was there to take our order in literally 1 minute. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but it looked great! This was the best city break (city and hotel) we have had had. STAY HERE!!!

This is an beautiful hotel, the service was great, the hotel staff was incredible. If you’re visiting during Easter week I highly recommend you to stay here, as you can see everything from outside your own balcony. I absolutely love my stay here and I will definitely come back to Don Ramon Hotel again.

This is probably the best boutique hotel I’ve ever stayed. The staffs are very friendly and professional. The entire space is filled with wonderful art. The room makes us feel very homey. it’s the kind of place i would go back and recommend to families and friends.

This is the most beautiful hotel in a perfect location. As you enter through the magnificent doors you are taken in to a truly amazing gem of a palace. The rooms are well appointed and despite being in the heart of the city it is quiet and tranquil. The staff are friendly and knowledgable and will point you in the right direction for sightseeing or places to eat. We will definitely be back.
