The hotel is located in the centre of the city, and is located in the centre of the city.

situated on a road with 24/7 traffic, with no window insulation, I don't see the point in having a huge expensive bathroom, but practically no window insulation, I don't know how I can sleep here its a nightmare , when hotels invest money into wrong things . insulation from outside noise is more important than lobby decoration, do you need to be a rocket scientist to understand that? why on earth do you open hotel for business and not think about insulating the windows. rhggsghjgvvryhzxvhfghvv???????
Novotel Sevilla

Novotel Seville is a very big hotel , located just nearby FC Seville stadium ( Sánchez Pizjuán Stadium) . It is located some 20-25 minutes walk from the Old Town , so for me there was no need to use public transport . Novotel is large hotel by itself , obviously cleaned very well as well with good maintenance. Despite some of its parts are little bit aged ( not worn out, I mean the bathroom) it is very good. I was allowed to check in very early ( around 9:30 am, due to the early morning flight to Sevile) and of course I got charged for that , but somehow I got upgraded to Executive Room ( floor 7) which meant lots of space in it. Staff are professional and efficient. WiFi is acceptable . Hotel is close to the boulevard but the windows are closing so well I haven’t heard any noise from above. I did not use the pool ( I was told there is one at the top of the Hotel), so I hope next time I will come there will be a chance to use it. There are couple of bakeries just nearby ,so if one is not having breakfast in the Hotel - try to taste local sweets. Top class ! There is a shopping mall close to Hotel and Stadium with many restaurants at the top ( I enjoyed Popeyes ). I got recommended Novotel by a business partner from Seville who suggested not to look for accommodation in the Old City since it is very expensive for what they are offering and those Hotels are old and very tiny. Choosing Novotel was a very good option and I certainly would like to come again if I visit Seville again.

Overall good, the location of the hotel is just outside the bus station, the traffic is very convenient. The room is of good size. The front desk service is very good, the hotel is a 30-minute walk from Plaza Espanya. 10 minutes walk to the urban parasol. 20 minutes to the church and the palace. Public transportation and walking time are about the same.

Well, since you ask that way, I'll tell you my experience... I made a mistake on trip.com when choosing a room since I wanted a double and I chose a single and I immediately contacted the hotel to obtain a solution and obviously they told me that I should contact the page on which I made the request. the reserve. I call trip.com customer service and after 40 minutes of waiting, charging me a fortune for the call, I call the hotel again to demand a solution, which from the beginning they had told me could not be solved... Excuse me, but I have 2 children, one 9 months old and the other 9 years old, we sleep together in a large bed. Is an extra bed possible even if I have to pay for the supplement? Clear!! The girl tells me, well it would have saved me 40 minutes of calls in time and pocket and in the event that they caught me, I would have canceled (I think). For a room with two joined beds 20 euros more. We entered everything very clean but unsustainable heat. We called and they told me that they will go up to see him as soon as they can. Thank you!! While we will be in the pool!! A very small but very clean pool full of sunbeds of which we have not been able to take advantage of any because everything was full and there was no room in the pool (and I came to take the heat off my children ....) We go up and it's still terribly hot, I bathe my baby, I put him to sleep, I and my daughter have some soda and it's just that it couldn't be done anymore... Sorry, I'm very sorry to bother you, but it can't be hot in this room, to which the receptionist responds that I should move to another one. I return to pick up all the loads for the sleeping baby in the backpacks' arms... Not even an apology... Okay, thank you very much!! This room is much smaller, it does not have a bathtub as my daughter loves, there are ants and the bed is much smaller than the extra one we had for which they made me pay 20 euros. Well, again we took everything out and decided to go to the pool again after such a huge loss of time in which there is still not a single pin to fit in but we still fit in as best we can and let the children cool off. Suddenly some shouting between two girls, insults and a little bit of hair pulling, the jealousy, anger and toxicity of these girls in front of older people, small children and everyone who was there at the time was embarrassing. Anyway, I went back to the room and the air really gets cold here.
