Basic Hotel Puerta de Sevilla Reviews

We had pleasant stay. I think the hotel is under rated considering it's location, cleanliness and services. Staff are friendly and helpful. They don't offer official breakfast but there is a complementary corner where you can eat and drink whatever you want and whenever you want. It is more than enough for basic breakfast for us. Noise at night because of its location and people dragging their luggage's at corridor is understandable considering it's building age and where it is. I am greatful also that they accommodate my request to have baby crib for free unlike other hotel they ask for fee.

There were always drinks and bread in the lobby so I could eat breakfast. It was clean and friendly. The location was good. It was a 3-minute walk from the daily tour departure point. I liked it.

The location is very good. There were 2 hairs in the bathtub. The front desk was friendly. The air conditioner was noisy.. The simple breakfast and coffee service were good.

I appreciate the thorough cleaning. I was very pleased with the kindness and politeness of the lady at the front desk.

The room was comfortable. Breakfast was only bread and coffee but it was delicious. The room was clean and the shower had hot water.

At 10 pm the entrance to the hotel was locked. Not the best solution.

Excellent structure for its location, it is practically in the center and in 10 minutes you can get anywhere, plus it has covered parking 20 meters away. The only flaw was the cleanliness which was a bit lacking: there were hairs on the bed sheets and on the second day only the towels were changed. The staff was very kind. Overall, I recommend this property

The reception staff have been very useful, they have helped us from the moment of arrival until departure. We will be back

房間很小，箱子攤開不太好走路，但是房間裝修的還是很精緻的，小巧玲瓏，我們是轉角的房間11號和21號，各有兩個陽台。 酒店唯一要注意的是要從停車場那邊的門進，大堂check in後電梯做到一樓出去右轉到底，才是酒店房間，這兩家酒店是一個前台，一家用的是門禁卡，一家用的是鑰匙，我們是用鑰匙入户的，房間靠近熱鬧的街邊，樓下是麪包房，周圍都是餐館。 酒店步行到景區都很方便。

El hotel es realmente precioso, su arquitectura, sus habitaciones, sus detalles, empleados, vistas hermosas desde los balcones y la ubicación además de una máquina de café disponible siempre, lo hacen un gran hotel. Regresaremos

위치가 그냥 너무 좋음! 투어할때 만남의 장소 할때도 좋고 구시가지 여행할때도 좋고 그냥 다 좋음. 근데 길가 방이면 약간 시끄러움. 잠들면 아무것도 안들리는 나같은 사람한테는 물론 아무런 방해가 되지는 않았음. 그리고 1층에 커피 맨날 있고 과일(오렌지) 있고 하니까 가져다가 안주 먹고 너무 좋음! 혼자 방 쓰는 사람한테는 진짜 완전 짱 좋음! 침대도 개편함.
