The hotel is located half an hour's walk from the city center, and it is not very convenient to the station. The overall location is not very convenient to the city center, but the hotel itself is not bad. When checking in, I encountered a tour group of more than 30 people. I negotiated with the front desk that I could check in first, but they didn't agree. I waited for 40 minutes before checking in. I was not very happy about this.

The staff at the front desk who checked me in was very nice. When I arrived, they asked me if I wanted two beds or one bed. I said one bed, so they upgraded my room to a large room on the 9th floor. It had a super large window with good light. Toothbrushes, combs, shampoo, and cotton swabs were provided in the bathroom. There is a Carrefour downstairs, which is convenient for shopping. It only takes three or four bus stops to get to the Santa Justa train station. In short, I highly recommend it and will book it next time I go!
Sorry, I forgot to take pictures when I checked in, and I took them when I was leaving. The bed was a bit messy.
