The staff at the front desk who checked me in was very nice. When I arrived, they asked me if I wanted two beds or one bed. I said one bed, so they upgraded my room to a large room on the 9th floor. It had a super large window with good light. Toothbrushes, combs, shampoo, and cotton swabs were provided in the bathroom. There is a Carrefour downstairs, which is convenient for shopping. It only takes three or four bus stops to get to the Santa Justa train station. In short, I highly recommend it and will book it next time I go!
Sorry, I forgot to take pictures when I checked in, and I took them when I was leaving. The bed was a bit messy.

Everything was great, it's clean, service and breakfast are excellent, the hotel is located 20 minutes walk from the city center and there is the tram not far.
The only negative point is the poor soundproofing of the rooms, if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs.
