The hotel is around 10 minutes walking from the nearest bus station and is in a bit quiet area. However, once you cross the street to Plaza de españa you’ll find a very crowded area and it is 30 minutes walking to the city center if you enjoy walking. The receptionists were okay. The hotel and the room had an old smell as if fresh air doesn’t flow in there. The air conditioner was only running as a fan and it wouldn’t run in other modes (like cool or dry). The minibar’s temperature wasn’t low enough to cool things. However, the room was clean and neat.

Hotel was good, cleaned and tidy Breakfast was good and variety of food Check in & check out was good, Thank you to one of receptionist to take care us for taxi. But, one thing if you can bring information to anyone who responsibility for tourist especially about police. Because, one of my friends lost her LV wallet in Saville when we’re walking around Royal Alcazar palace.

The rooms are large, the check in is not very fluent in English, the hotel is next to the street and easy to find. However, there is no water in the room and there is no convenience store around, you can only buy at the front desk of the hotel.

Nice and good hotel

The hotel is in a great location, and it's easy to walk to some attractions. It's very close to Plaza de España, almost opposite. The room is also very clean, and parking is free downstairs.

It's behind the Plaza de España, but it's only a five-minute walk away, not too far. It's also easy to find. The problem is that the supermarket nearby is quite far away, and there are no shops open at night. It's suitable for self-driving tours. It's not recommended for traveling alone.

The hotel is in a good location, and is within walking distance of major attractions. There are convenience stores around. It is also relatively quiet and safe. It is a bit inconvenient to not have a kettle and hot water. The front desk is friendly, and you can take a taxi to the door!

Although the hotel is relatively old, it is very clean and comfortable. The room is also large and has a bathtub. The breakfast is very rich. The hotel is close to major attractions and is only one street away from Plaza de España!

Very basic. Only for sleeping. For eating something or having breakfast it is abusive (18 euros per person for breakfast). Average room does not deserve the 4 stars for the common facilities.

Lack of coffee and tea in the room. No electrical outlets near the bed. Entrance door to the hotel is manual. Difference in height in the elevator, complicated for heavy suitcases.

The room is quite large and the facilities are older. The only drawback is that the air conditioning is not enough. Everything else is satisfactory.

The location of the hotel is very good. You can even see the back of Plaza de España directly from the window. It is separated from the scenic area by a parking lot. You have to walk half a circle to enter the scenic area. It takes a little while to get there after getting off the airport bus. The hotel room is not big, but it is very clean. The staff is friendly, the facilities are complete, the service attitude is very good, and the hotel has good reviews.
