A few days after making my reservation through HostelWorld, they asked me to provide another credit card since they could not authorize it and if I did not do so, they would cancel my reservation within 24 hours. After sending the information of another card with which we made another reservation on the same day, they finally admitted by phone that there was an error and that the room was not available and that due to an error by HostelWorld it was shown as available when it really was not, asking me to cancel the reservation without offering me any type of solution or help. A few days later and without having contacted me again, I received a cancellation email from the hotel while my reservation was still active at HostelWorld. The customer service of this hotel seems terrible to me since they only limited themselves to asking me to cancel my reservation and having to find another accommodation without further ado. Since it was a reservation problem for this accommodation, they should have looked for a solution and not simply asked me to cancel and find my life, in addition to this they have not responded to any emails and I have had to manage everything through HostelWorld, which neither They offered solutions. I will definitely not make reservations at any ARC accommodation again and I certainly will not book through HostelWorld either, it has been a terrible experience and I will have to look for a new accommodation.
