Enjoyed our stay in the 1st floor holiday apartment on Calle Hernando Colon. The location could not be better, walkable to all of the major sites and barrios of Seville, with restaurants, bars, and shops literally steps from your front door. The apartment was is good condition with a comfortable bed (larger than we were expecting) and option for pull-out sofa bed. Plenty of side chairs around the apartment for lounging along with the love seat. The small kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and a few small meals like grilled cheese. Having two bathrooms was very nice, and the primary bathroom was spacious with a good shower. The extras provided in the room like the record player with records and coffee table books added a nice touch. I enjoyed opening the large doors to the street to hear the bustle below or the cathedral bells just down the street, and the doors seemed solid/new and provided decent soundproofing although some street noise does come through. The hotel provided housekeeping for us on two days over a six-night stay which was sufficient, and the apartment seemed to be kept clean. We regularly saw housekeeping in the stairwell of the building, so you could probably catch them on non-cleaning days if you needed a towel or something. The hotel is reachable by WhatsApp texts and calls (wifi) if you don't have a cell plan in Spain and we didn't. They were quick to respond to an issue we had with the smart tv not connecting to the Internet (resolved the next day). They were also available to help us gain access to the building on the day of check-in (by using their wifi they sent us in advance and calling their WhatsApp number). The Justin app used by the hotel for keyless entry worked on one of our phones (the Android) but not the other (the iPhone), but the housekeeper provided a standard physical key card so we still had two means of entry. The air conditioning worked well in this apartment which I imagine would be important in Seville's scorching summers. The internet-based tv was a bit spotty, but I guess you don't come to Seville for tv, so no big deal. Bring your Netflix/Prime passwords and you may be able to access streaming shows in your home language, otherwise mostly just Spanish language television as you would expect. The hotel did provide a link to book a shuttle from the airport or train station the week before we checked in, but we already booked and paid for a different service, so just know they have the ability to help you with that too. We weren't aware and had already made arrangements. Overall, excellent experience. Seems to be a good value for the money given the location, all the extra space in the apartment, plus a kitchenette. All of the staff we interacted with were very helpful. No major issues and would recommend this place to anyone who asked.
