An excellent hotel. The staff very nice and willing. I had booked a standard room but since it was quite expensive due to a conference, they upgraded it to a suite with breakfast included. A real joy!

When I checked in, I asked for a pot of hot water and was charged 3.5 yuan for room service. On the day of departure on 9/13, I had already paid online, but I was overcharged once.
