Just stopped by in person to check on several upcoming reservations. Had a VERY positive experience with TJ, who checked the computer and confirmed that everything is accurate. TJ provided excellent customer service! He is most definitely a 5-star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ employee!

This stay was a complete disaster from start to finish. Despite having a reservation, my room wasn’t ready upon arrival — and to make matters worse, they had oversold the room type I specifically booked and paid a premium to upgrade. Not only was I downgraded without warning, but they never adjusted the rate to reflect the change. When I finally received a room, I was shocked to find it in appalling condition: trash left behind, and a stench so strong I had to purchase a candle just to make it bearable. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that claims to be part of a reputable brand. As if that weren’t enough, I was charged for parking — despite the fact that I didn’t even have a car on this trip. The lack of organization, cleanliness, and basic customer care at this location is astonishing. I expected better, and so should you. Avoid this property unless you’re prepared to overpay for subpar service and a neglected room.

Where do I begin to tell you how wonderful this hotel is let me start with the staff Donna Marie Quincy and all of the staff are so accommodating you ask you will receive even if you don't ask they anticipate what you want and you will get it it was my birthday weekend I was gifted with balloons and cupcakes now let's talk about the hotel clean..quiet.. close to everything ..two outdoor seating areas and grills for cooking your own food.. yes you can smoke but not inside the building. There is an inside heated pool there's a very quaint neat inside seating area in case the weather is not warm enough to be outside a great breakfast something for kids something for adults something for everyone coffee all day long treats all day long bottled water available if you ask the rooms are spacious they have a full size refrigerator a microwave in a kitchenette area you have a sofa bed an ottoman for your feet a 50 inch screen TV and the room is separated by a curtain that you can pull to hide the bedroom area from the living room area if you're traveling with kids or if you're traveling alone this hotel room has everything you would possibly want and if it doesn't just ask I'm sure Donna Marie and Quincy will get it for you this was my first time staying here but I guarantee you I will be back real soon

New and clean! The welcoming holiday decorated lobby was the best thing to see before and after work. Easter bunnies and other decorations were placed all around for the perfect vibe. The staff were all kind and talkative no matter the time of day and bfast has many options for any type of diet.
