Важно!!! Заранее позаботьтесь о том, чтобы работал интернет и вы могли пользоваться переводчиком. У нас не работал, но письмо с номером бронирования открылось, потому все было норм.
1. На почту придёт письмо с номером бронирования и ссылкой, по которой все данные о проживании. Если нет, напишите отелю сами, пришлют в тот же день. Код/номер бронирования - это латинские большие буквы и цифра. Выпишите их себе туда, чтобы найти без интернета потом
2. Заранее пройдите по ссылке электронную регистрацию, введите адрес проживания и прочие данные, какие просят, в конце напишут, что вы удачно зарегистрированы
3. Приехали к отелю. Входная дверь открыта, заходите в холл. Сразу слева автомат для получения карточки открытия номера. Берете карточку, кладете справа на место для намагничивания. На аппарате нажимаете начать регистрацию и вводите номер бронирования и в следующее поле свою фамилию. Потом далее, далее, далее (автомат выдаст вам все поля, которые вы заполнили в пункте 2) и начать намагничивать карту. В конце вам автомат напишет номер вашей комнаты. Можно намагнитить и 2 карты, больше - не знаю.
4. Идёте наверх, двери автоматически открываются, ищете свою дверь и картой открываете.
Уезжая, кидаете карточки в специальный бокс.
Единственное, что в номере не понравилось, раковина не глубокая, вода наружу выплескивается, остальное супер. Берите на завтрак 1 круассан, чтобы всем хватило и в отзывах потом не жаловались.

Weird experience. The "front desk" is an intercom that lets you communicate with someone overseas who lets you in Then you check in thru an ATM type machine. Rooms were clean enough. Central location next to train station. Now, the bathroom is unique. You better be really, really good friends with who ever you are traveling with. The bathroom consists of frosted and clear glass walls. There is a clear stripe running thru the middle of the frosted wall. The frost stops at about 5 or so feet. So, if your eyes are over 5'5" then you can see right into the bathroom cube. Also, I'm not five foot tall and I could not use the bathroom mirror, which was over my head. Breakfast was fine. Also wondered what would Hakeem in an emergency or if you were locked out of your room.

The check in process was terrible. It took 1 hour of our time and 3-4 staff to troubleshoot how to open our assigned room. With my troublesome knees, I had to go up and down the stairs (the elevator didn’t work without a working room key!) several times before I could open the our room. Never experienced anything like this

Check-in was frustrating. Our lesson learned - check in and setup the digital keys before you arrive. We were a group with 3 rooms and it was not clear how to encode the key when using the kiosk as there were 3 places a keycard could be placed. Once we realized which one it probably was, it was not working. The kiosk was throwing an error that said to contact staff but provided no means of how to do so. We did not have any cell phone or wi-fi service in Sevelen so we were not getting the emails about checking in successfully or instructions about the digital key. We eventually drove 10 minutes to get cell service, checked in online and then were able to use the digital keys. Everything else with the stay was good once we figured out how to access our rooms.

The room was nice but we spent a lot of time to enter into a room. There was no person at the front and we had to check in by the machine. Right after I checked in, I received an email from the hotel but it was totally written in German and there was no English instruction at all.
So I had to spend much time yo find out how to enter the hotel and room.

Kiosk Trouble
The room, breakfast, bed, bath, were all great. But we had trouble checking in at the kiosk. Had to call the number and got help from a nice lady. But it was frustrating!

Hotel informatisé. Aucune personne ni de jour ni de nuit.
A notre arrivée, le système ne fonctionne pas à l'extérieur; La porte ne s'ouvre pas; après appel sur hot line en anglais avec une personne maitrisant mal l'anglais, nous avons enfin la porte ouverte MAIS IMPOSSIBLE avoir la chambre malgré de multiples essais de code. Le système ne fonctionne pas. La responsable n'est pas dans les environs de l'hôtel. Plus de deux heures sans rien, nous devons renoncer et chercher un autre hotel. L'HOTEL A DEBITE NOTRE CARTE DE CREDIT; C'est malhonnête.
