Fui con mi pareja y, en general, la experiencia fue aceptable. El hotel está bien ubicado si buscas tranquilidad y quieres estar en plena montaña, lo cual fue un punto positivo. Sin embargo, hay varios aspectos que podrían mejorar. Las instalaciones de la piscina exterior estaban bastante descuidadas y daban una mala impresión. La piscina interior también fue una decepción: el agua estaba muy fría, lo cual nos sorprendió, ya que normalmente este tipo de piscinas suelen tener una temperatura más agradable. Otro punto negativo fue el gimnasio. En su publicidad indican que disponen de uno, pero al llegar nos informaron que no lo tienen. Esto nos pareció poco serio y una falta de transparencia hacia los huéspedes. No volvería a repetir.

We stayed for 2 days to go see the Montmeló Grand Prix, it was well located, in a beautiful area. The indoor pool had water at a pleasant temperature. The only thing that seemed weak was the soundproofing of the rooms, I heard the sounds from the next room clearly.

Muy buen hotel en un enclave privilegiado en la Sierra del Montseny. Habitaciones amplias para disfrutar en familia con muy buen servicio de restauración y con la posibilidad de disfrutar de piscina al aire libre y climatizada. Aparte dispone de un spa para que la relajación sea completa.

Hemos estado en este hotel en varias ocasiones desde hace años y esta vez ha resultado decepcionante. La cena ha sido en el bar del hotel y el menú era pésimo, no había por donde cogerlo y el personal fatal , solo pendientes del evento que se estaba llevando acabo en el hotel, Como cliente me siento totalmente decepcionada porque la información de que el hotel no tenia buffet deberían darla a la entrada para así poder decidir, si comer a la carta o menú. Nada estuvo a la altura ni el bar del hotel, ni la comida, ni el personal y en recepción cuando nos quejamos, solo se escudaron en que esto es lo que había y que el buffet era solo en fin de semana. Estábamos alojados en una suite, pero lo demás era de categoría de hostal de paso. La suite bien, aunque deberían mejorar la refrigeración porque no cumple su función,

Lugar perfecto para desconectar de la ciudad, ha sido todo perfecto, y el personal y la comida un 10, hay gente que ha puesto malas reseñas, es un hotel que admite mascotas y lo pone claramente, los perros ladran y eso, si vas a un hotel con estas características lo tienes que entender o mejor no vayas. Resumiendo, es lo tercera vez que vamos, habíamos leído muy malas reseñas y no podemos estar mas en desacuerdo, es un hotel muy recomendable y una zona que vale mucho la pena disfrutar Saludos

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa! La ubicación era perfecta para relajarse y el personal del hotel nos hizo sentir como en casa. Las habitaciones estaban limpias, eran espaciosas y contaban con todas las comodidades necesarias. El buffet muy variado y el personal del restaurante muy atento sobre todo el señor Nacer¡ Lo recomiendo encarecidamente!
