Popular Setif 4-star Hotels

Well positioned hotel, impeccable room, excellent breakfast. We stayed only one night but we were impressed by the cleanliness and the friendly staff. It has the advantage that it is positioned close to the mall and tourist attractions. I warmly recommend it.

I booked at the Novotel Hotel in Setif, Algeria on May 27th 2023 for 5 nights. I am a platinum level member with Accor- which means I stay a lot with Accor. Most hotels have issues but this this Novotel has huge issues: 1. They lie. They put me in an executive room when they told me that they upgraded me to a Junior Suite. Also I asked for sleepers but they said they don’t have those in this hotel. When I complained on my last day about other issues, slippers miraculously appeared in my room. 2. They give only one Towel, one coffee per night no matter what you request or beg. 3. Only one lemonade per stay. 4. The bath robe was brought on the first day then taken away again. 4. You cannot talk to management before 10 am, because they don’t show up until them or perhaps the staff is too scared to tell them. 5. Whatever you ask for ( eg a good coffee), they make sure that you can pay for it before they bring anything. I asked for a little salt and it was given to me in an aluminium paper instead of a normal salt container ( because it was after 10.30 pm). Very strange behavior. 6. All staff seem to be scared and take no initiatives 7. All management is absent. I am still shocked from my stay at this hotel. The senior Manager ( who was sent from France) should be fired first. New manager should bring new management team and new staff. From there I stayed at the Sofitel Arc de Triomphe. Amazing hotel and amazing staff. Perhaps new management at Novotel should be sent there first to learn how to deal with customers, especially loyal customers. I will never stay at any accor hotel again in Setif. It is a disgrace to the accor brand.

We spent two nights here. Our comfortable room included a large king bed, spacious desk, large modern bathroom, fridge and a kettle. We faced the busy street, but the room was quiet for sleeping. The neighborhood is very pleasant, with attractions like the museum, mall, fountain, and amusement park just a few minutes walk away. Breakfast was terrific, with many options including delicious scrambled eggs and a lovely, spicy vegetable dish. The staff is most gracious. It took several hours to have working wi-fi, but the manager eventually took charge and wi-fi worked fine after that. We did manage to take advantage of the gym, which has a variety of weights, in addition to other equipment. Missing was the multi-use machine, but we made do without it.

For the show of the evening,except the DEY group that put a very good atmosphere,the other shows were between middle and no. Fifth disappointment, instead of making breakfast and breakfast, because everyone has waken back late, it is normal to wake up the morning. This hotel is one of the most amazing hotels I visited in algeria, it's so clean and calm and the food is so good! I could work from the hotel room, solid network, peace and good AC as as well. Look forward to going there again, my business trips are always fun and this hotel is one of the reasons it is always the case.

Very well located and clean hotel but for our part disappointed by the staff at reception when we arrived
