For a 4 star hotel, I am disgusted by the dirt. Having had a first room on the 1st floor, the bathroom unfounded, the TV remote controls in pieces, I ask for a change of room, they give me one on the 5th without accompanying me. Arriving in the room a horrible smell of toilet and a large bed with 2 mattresses which overflowed by 40 cm compared to the bed base, I fell. The staff don't talk about it, no smile, no welcome worthy of a 4 star. Rather worthy of a dive, a certain clientele of which rents rooms for their little business. TO AVOID. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
