Nice hotel, good value for money
Depending on the team, the service is not the same …
A little disappointed the second day by the team.
Room for two, only one towel …
Overall it is a good hotel, good copious breakfast but on the other hand every day the same …

The room is relatively small, and there is no twin room in the whole hotel. Shared restaurant with Novatel. The hotel is very close to the museum and the surrounding commercial area for eating and shopping. The location is very good

The hotel is ok - Clean and in a very nice location. Reception staff were helpful and sweet however when you call front desk you have to try so many times for them to pick up your call. Imagine it is an emergency 🤔 Need to be prompt and when you promise to call the customer back to update them and give them a time frame please do it - it shows respect and professionalism. Thank you though

الأسعار مرتفعة قليلا كذلك عدم وجود خدمة الغرف يعتبر نقصا في الخدمات كما شهدت اقامتي عدة انقطاعات في التيار الكهربائي لكن تبقى تجربة جيدة على العموم خاصة عمال الفندق لهم جزيل الشكر على حسن استقبالهم و لباقتهم
