Echt sehr abgewohnte Apartments und sehr dreckiger Wohnbereich mit beschädigtem Mobiliar alles lieblos und billig zusammengestellt! Allein die Fahrt im Aufzug war eine Zumutung und im dunklen und engen Flur dann dauerhaft abgestellte Wäschecontainer ! Nicht sehr einladend obwohl die Lage in Strandnähe liegt mund das äußere Erscheinungsbild der Anlage sehr freundlich wirkt !

Mein Eindruck in diesem Jahr: Die Residence Terra Gaia zeigt akuten Modernisierungs-, Renovierungs- und Reinigungsmangel, zweifelhafte Hygiene. Es ist schlimm, wie eine Anlage in ein paar Jahren so heruntergewirtschaftet werden kann. Schon der Empfangsbereich mit den zerfledderten Sesseln ist keine Visitenkarte für die Residence. Im Studio Dreck, Schimmel, Urinstein in der Toilette, Schäden an den Wänden, in der Miniküche eine Spüle ohne Stopfen, angeschlagenes teils ungereinigtes Geschirr im Schrank, ein kleiner schmutziger Balkon mit dreckigen Stühlen. Die netten Damen an der Rezeption konnten mir für die Spüle einen Behelfsverschluss geben; sie haben wohl auch eine Reinigung veranlasst, aber außer dass eine einzige Spinnwebe auf dem Balkon entfernt wurde, ist nichts geschehen. Fehlende Kontrolle! Ich werde gewiss keine Anlage der Odalys-Gruppe mehr besuchen.

Ravis de notre escapade de 4 jours dans cet hotel. Parking avec des emplacements assez large pour ne pas risquer de trouver sa voiture rayée.( ça change des places de parking des supermarché). Personnel charmant et à l'écoute. bonne literie , chambre propre , silencieuse (hormis la bruits de la rue). Tres bien situé ,(la plage est vraiment à 5 mn à pied) et l'arret de bus à proximité immédiate. Un LIDL est aussi à 2 mn à pied et une tres bonne boulangerie à l'angle de la rue .c'est bien pratique.

Nous avons réservé deux logements avce un couple ami et nous avons été ravis, tant par la localisation que par les prestations et les chambres. Tout était réuni pour passer une excellent weekend. Nous craignions légèrement les critiques négatives trouvées sur le web, mais elles ne se sont finalement pas avérées justes. Nous serons ravis de revenir en espérant moins de Tramontane ! Merci.

Cela fait la 3e fois que nous venons à Sete et nous continuerons à venir. L'emplacement est génial pour profiter de la mer, des promenades et des restaurants sans devoir utiliser sa voiture. Gros plus contrairement à beaucoup d'autres résidences, le parking est inclus dans le prix alors que d'autres essaient de se faire de l'argent sur ça également. La résidence a plusieurs services supplémentaires appréciables (piscine, parc pour enfants, vélo, etc). Les appartements sont bien équipés et je n'ai jamais eu de soucis d'état. On reviendra.
