自分で部屋に入るシステムなので、
チェックイン時間を気にせずよかったです。
(WhatsAppがあるとよりスムーズです)
周辺の路上駐車スペースも豊富で
ホテルの向かい側に駐車できました。
カリアリ空港まで15分くらいでアクセスできます。
喫煙可能なテラスもありますが
灰皿は持参する必要があります。
徒歩圏内にピザ屋がたくさんあります。
サルデーニャ最終日には最良の宿でした。

Comodissimo per la vicinanza all’aeroporto. Tutto perfetto, Martina è stata gentilissima e super professionale. Camera pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Zona servita di bar e ristoranti. Comodo anche per il parcheggio sotto il b&b. Consiglio

A clean and comfortable place to stay
Clean and well kept. Easy to find, easy to park and clear instructions in English via whatsapp for checking in.
The upstairs neighbors unfortunately were very easy to hear, and there were children playing with balls until quite late at night, around 22-23. We had an early flight, and were trying to sleep, so this was unfortunate.

En general todo excelente, la habitación es bastante amplia y cómoda, el baño es lindo y limpio, el proceso de check-in y check-out muy sencillo, se consigue parking muy fácil y el desayuno se toma en una cafetería en frente. Lo único que no me gustó fue que a las 22:00 cuando ya estabamos durmiendo, comenzaron a tocar nuestra puerta sin parar por más de 10 minutos y fue muy difícil volver a dormir del miedo que teníamos, eramos dos mujeres y no sabíamos quien nos podía estar tocando la puerta a esa hora, ya que no era personal del hotel

Excellent!
It is a very good hotel, it’s even better than the hotel of double price. I’ve been surprised! Near to the airport and the biggest beach Poetto. I had a very nice day here, to recommend!

Soggiorno economico.
Ho soggiornato 3 giorni presso la struttura con mio fratello.
Sistemazione comoda per visitare Cagliari e dintorni incluse le spiagge più note del sud: Villasimius, Chia e Tueredda.
Nel frigo ci hanno fatto trovare 2 bottigliette di acqua e nel soggiorno comune antistante le camere c’è un area con brioche confezionate, latte e altre bibite e capsule x caffè e altro (anche in stanza c’era la macchinetta del caffè con le capsule, ma ne io ne mio fratello siamo soliti berlo) Ah c’erano 2 buoni per una colazione omaggio al bar vicino con caffè + brioche oppure al posto del caffè il cappuccino o un succo di arancia. Ah un plus sempre nell’area comune il microonde per consumare qualche pasto rapido.
