Very pleased with all aspects of the hotel. The rooms were very good and the beds comfortable with good pillows. Breakfast had a great selection, with the only complaint that the scrambled eggs were congealed. Apart from that, very good. We got 10% off our lift passes booking through the hotel. The hotel was modern and spotlessly clean. It was very enjoyable and we stayed in the hotel to eat for a couple of evenings and the food was again very good. All the staff were very friendly helpful.

Camera, posizione e servizi ottimi e vicini ad un 4 stelle. Il ristorante ci ha delusi rispetto alle aspettative dichiarate sul sito: nell'ultima settimana di marzo TUTTE le portate sono al buffet con qualità scarsa sui primi e secondi piatti, ottimi gli antipasti. Dolci da pasticceria industriale (non fatti in casa) sia ai pasti che a colazione. Buona scelta comunque sulla colazione. Far pagare l'acqua al pasto lo trovo scortese e ridicolo nel complesso. Consiglierei questo hotel in bed&breakfast.

Hotel molto accogliente in ottima posizione (fronte piste di sestriere) e ristrutturato di recente. Le camere sono molto spaziose, luminose con ampio balcone. Il bagno è dotato di tutto il necessario con doccia molto spaziosa. Durante il nostro soggiorno era prevista colazione e cena entrambe a buffet che personalmente ho molto gradito sia per la quantità che per la qualità di cibo proposto. Ampio locale riscaldato e custodito x deposito sci e scarponi. Previsto trasferimento con bus/navetta gratuito da e per le piste che distano a 400 metri circa dall'hotel . Possibilità di acquisto ski-pass in hotel. Infine nota di merito x la cortesia e disponibilità di tutto il personale dell'hotel (sia di reception che di sala).

Şimdiyeckadar gördüğüm en kötü otel. Piste ve merkeze en uzak otel. Resepsiyondakiler özellikle bayan olan çok kaba.Türkleri sevmediklerini hissettirdiler. Akşam için reservadyonumuz olduğu halde bizi almadılar rezervasyonu olmayanları aldılar. 10 yaşındaki çocuğum açlımtan ağladı, görmelerine rağmen almadılar. Son derece kötüler. Sizi şikayet edicem dedim, nereye edersen et diyecek kadar umursamazlar. Kesinlikle gitmeyin.müdür, personel ve otel çok kötü. Açlıktan ağlayan oğlumuza rezervasyonumuz olduğu halde içeri sokup. yemek vermediler. Siz gerisini düşünün

Albergo rinnovato con camere moderne, spaziose e panoramiche, posizione ottima sia per il centro che per gli impianti con servizio navetta ottimo. Colazione soddisfacente e ricca, idem per la cena tutto molto buono, consiglierei solo di aggiungere nel menù piatti locali. Unico neo della cena aver pagato acqua microfiltrata tutte le sere. Stanza pulita ma consiglio di rivedere gli orari di pulizia, a volte fatte nel pomeriggio. Bar all'interno molto bello con possibilità di svagare con una carambola. Possibilità di comprare skypass in albergo e fittare attrezzatura al barachin di franco negozio straconsigliato

Dreadful food - not cheap Avoid is my advise. One of the worst hotels ever stayed in. Budget budget came to mind but not budget prices Only ate once The buffet - everything was cold Emailed manager to say how disappointed I was - no reply. Rooms were ok but the lounge bar devoid of atmosphere fire etc

Good hotel, poor service
Good & spacious rooms, good ski room, shuttle to the lifts is good, however very poor service at the restaurant and the bar.
They basically kick you out at 9.30pm from the restaurant and 11pm from the bar. No lobby area to sit neighter after 11pm.
The stuff is not friendly. Not rocommended
