Excellent position on the slopes but the property needs lots of maintenance. The toilet smells of sewage and there are cracks everywhere.

Have just returned from a week in Sestriere staying in the Olympic Village Hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area especially families. We visited with our two children aged 2 &4. What we were most impressed by was the kids club from 2-5pm resulted in us being able to ski together. The crew there Tommaso, Tobia, Arianna, Mirco & Martina were brilliant with our kiddos. The location is great with a chairlift and magic carpet less than 200m away with the village centre 500m up the road. The food was good value, lunch was 18e take away and also bad value 114e sit down dinner. Also the swimming pool was 40e which we felt should have been complimentary. In the whole we look forward to returning next year.

4 étoiles ne vaut pas plus qu’ un 2 étoiles, voir 3 si on est sympa ! Chambre située au niveau 0 Odeurs d égouts dans la chambre Bruits dans le couloir. Bruit du frigo Chambres vétustes Lex Couloirs …. Au secours l’entretien et aucune envie de s’y attarder ! Les seuls points positifs face aux remontées pour le ski mais je préfère marcher vu les prestations et je personnel de l accueil qui font ce qui peuvent! À ÉVITEZ !!!

The receptionist staff saved my life.One night I was unconscious because of my alcohol consumption, and my friends helped me to the reception at Villagio Olimpico. Mehdi Samcha, my savior, did everything he could to help me. He put me in recovery position and Called an ambulans and really made them help me. Without him, i don’t know if i would even sit here. He did a really good job and was one of the kindest persons I’ve met. He really made me and my friends who were there too, feel safe. I hope him all good! And thankyou for the help!

Abbiamo soggiornato al TH Sestriere (solo pernottamento) la seconda settimana di febbraio 2025. Abbiamo apprezzato in particolare la gentilezza del personale e animatori del TH, la vicinanza alle piste e la piscina calda. Non abbiamo apprezzato i fornelli elettrici della cucina non regolabili, non aver trovato subito tutto l'occorrente in cucina (bicchieri, scolapasta), l'assenza della raccolta differenziata, skiroom senza deposito e asciugatura scarponi, pagamento extra (7€/g) per TH land non indicato al momento della prenotazione. La struttura è datata, ma decorosa, gli animatori TH sono bravi, mentre piccoli accorgimenti poco costosi potrebbero essere messi in atto per migliorare l'esperienza dei clienti ad esempio velocizzando il check-in.

Très bon emplacement et prestation intéressante pour passer un moment sympathique en famille. Le gros bémol : grosse nuisance sonore dans les locaux nuit et jour, ainsi que la lumière du couloir qui s’allume dès que quelqu’un passe.

Posto non da 4 stelle…spa e piscina non identificabili in un 4 stelle. Corridoi freddi e sporchi. In bagno nessun ricambio d’aria . Il posto va avanti per la presenza del personale di sala molto efficiente e il mangiare passabile…….la pulizia lascia a desiderare..
