Petit hôtel de 20 chambres bien situé sur la place principale avec belle vue sur la montagne.
Dommage qu’il ne soit pas du tout indiqué, on a eu du mal à le trouver avec nos valises sous la neige et dans le froid en pleine nuit.
Petit déjeuner simple mais copieux avec des bons pains au chocolat et des croissants. Il y a vraiment tout ce qu’il faut. Mais cela varie peu d’un jour à l’autre. Très bon jus de fruits et omelette au fromage excellente.
Dommage que le personnel ne communique pas assez pour nous indiquer, notamment qu’il est possible de commander des œufs ou un cappuccino….on doit le deviner tout seul!
Hôtel calme et silencieux grâce à la double porte dans l’entrée de chaque chambre qui permet d’isoler la chambre du couloir.
Bonne literie.
Ménage très bien fait chaque jour.
La chambre bénéficiait d’une grande terrasse en bois avec magnifique vue sur la montagne, mais il faisait un peu froid pour l’utiliser.
La réceptionniste Samanta qui parle français est sympathique, serviable et nous a réservé un excellent accueil en français. L’autre réceptionniste ne parle pas un mot d’anglais, seulement italien tandis que le directeur parle anglais mais n’est ni souriant ni bavard même s’il reste efficace et serviable.

You can walk to lifts in ski boots. Shops, food, etc. is right next to hotel. We drove, easy parking...everything was just really simple. Two guys running hotel...ashamed to say I never asked their names...extermly friendly and helpful. Would I stay there again...yes.

Nice hotel. Close to ski-pista. A lot of (free) parking close by, just behind the hotel.
The rooms are a bit older, but for sure OK.

Il soggiorno presso l’hotel è stato piacevole. Le camere sono un po’ old style, come in generale tutta la struttura: sarebbero sicuramente da sostituire il phon e un po’ da ammodernare il tutto. Camere inoltre un po’ polverose. Insegna dell’albergo introvabile: abbiamo avuto difficoltà nel capire da dove effettivamente si entrasse perché l’insegna posta sulla struttura è molto piccola. Molto comodo il deposito sci peró se per quanto riguarda sci e racchette viene dato un lucchetto, non è la solita cosa per gli scarponi che di fatto vengono lasciati incustoditi (assolutamente da rivedere!!!) Alcuni membri del personale sono assolutamente scocciati e sembra non abbiano piacere ad avere a che fare con i clienti. Apprezzato invece il fatto che il giorno della partenza ci abbiano fornito un bagno per poterci cambiare e il deposito dei bagagli (gratuitamente)

Ho prenotato in questo hotel spinto dal prezzo, piuttosto basso nei confronti della concorrenza ma, guardando le foto online, sono venuto con aspettative molto basse. Nel complesso è stato un soggiorno piacevole: la camera, come tutto l'hotel, è vecchia e necessiterebbe di una ristrutturazione. Bello il parquet, comodo il letto. La stanza era un po' polverosa. Il deposito degli sci è molto risicato e si lasciano incustoditi gli scarponi. Il personale è gentile, ad eccezione di una signora, veramente poco gentile e quasi scocciata della presenza dei clienti. La colazione era ottima, con la possibilità di avere omelette, uova, bacon preparati al momento. Nel complesso un soggiorno soddisfacente.

Ottima struttura che occupa un lato della piazza centrale di Sestriere e quindi vicina agli impianti di risalita. Locale sci con scaldascarponi. Pulitissima. Stanze piccole, in stile montano, con un arredamento razionale e bagni nuovi. Ottima colazione. Il gestore è attentissimo a ogni dettaglio e sempre disponibile. Prenotando in anticipo è possibile ottenere un prezzo vantaggioso. Ampia disponibilità di parcheggi liberi nelle vicinanze o di un posto auto a pagamento al coperto.

The hotel is centrally located, well maintained and very clean. The staff could not have been more helpful, and the breakfasts were excellent. We had a lovely stay and would not hesitate to book again.

Excellent hotel. Good breakfast, friendly staff, loads of hot water, full sized bath perfect for a soak after a days skiing Very convenient in centre of town and handy for restaurants in the evening The only criticism is that the beds are too hard !

The accommodation was excellent and the staff were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble to arrange ski passes, lessons and restaurant recommendations. I would recommend staying here for skiing and for the friendly atmosphere in resort.
