Hotel vecchio e datato, camera e bagno piccolo e scomodo , personale delle pulizie non efficiente e preparato. Spa evitabile , piccola e sempre invasa da bambini , sembrava un parco giochi L’unico vantaggio è la posizione ottima per la vicinanza agli impianti sciistici. Non ci torneremo sicuramente

Pessima esperienza, il prezzo non vale il soggiorno. Hotel in ottima posizione. Punto.! Moquette nelle camere che dí igienico ha già poco... trovato rifiuti dei precedenti ospiti nei cassetti, un calzino usato in un angolo, bagno con vasca e mezza parete per doccia, senza gancio per il tubo doccia. Televisione non funzionante , richiesto intervento, risposta: il tecnico non è in struttura! Quindi per un soggiorno di 2 giorni con check in alle 15 e check out alle 10, se vuoi vedere la televisione la sera ti arrangi. Peccato che con 411 euro per una notte, mi aspetterei anche di vedere la pay tv... invece tutti i cavi erano staccati. Ripeto per 411 euro non li attacco io! Anche la spina del frigo staccata. Frigo vuoto.

Buongiorno servizio alla reception ottima .. Luca mi ha dato preziosi consigli sui ristoranti da raggiungere per camminare nel paesino … spa piccola ma carina e colazione abbondante e buona … letti comodi e vicino a tutto … bar ristoranti e locali dove fare apre Sky come il gargote o l igloo non ho pranzato lì ma fatto apres Sky ottimo choktsi l’ analcolico in spazi molto grandi e ben distribuito …. Grazie hotel cristallo e al suo staff tutti molto gentili alla prossima Enrico Beltramelli

Fantastic location for a ski trip
stayed for 5 nights with my adult son for a 5 day ski trip. it iwas an ideal hotel for a boys trip. we rented a junior suite with two double beds with a glorius view of the mountain and the cig-roc lift. the main entry and ticket office to the sestriere ski resort is directly across the street from the hotel. the ski check is below the ski ticket office so that was an added plus! we drove to the hotel rather than take a complex blend of trains and buses and with car rental prices so cheap in milan airport it came out to about the same price for two of us. the breakfast is ok. nothing cooked but enough to get by. the staff were kind and wonderful people. the only reason i gave 4 star is because the hotel feels dated but that was also charming. if skiing is your main object and you want to be as close to ski in/.ski out in a comfortable setting that doesnt break th bank, this is your best bet.

gian sandro biglino 1/5 Siamo andati lo scorso week end in questo hotel a 4 stelle e ribadisco a 4 stelle, appena entrato e con macchina ancora sul marciapiede mi è stato chiesto di saldare il conto, poi saliti in camera dietro la porta del bagno, trovato capelli in terra e non c'era nemmeno la cuffia dei capelli per la doccia. Al mattino scesi a fare colazione il cucchiaino che era sul tavolo era sporco di cibo secco e i copritermosifoni tutti divelti, senza parlare della colazione stessa con quasi tutti i prodotti confezionati e poco niente di cose fresche...e questo sarebbe un hotel a 4 stelle!!! Non mi sembra proprio.....
