It's hard to find positive aspects, perhaps the location. Outside the hotel there are a large number of shops 5 minutes from the sea. The hotel is a real dilapidated nightmare, bathroom closet, stains on the blankets, indescribable balcony, room full of cracks because the shutters and rusty window frames.

Considering it's a one-star guesthouse, you can't expect too much. That said, the location is excellent: close to the center, the sea, and the train station. There are several supermarkets and shops of all kinds nearby. The rooms are furnished in a 1970s style but are clean. The manager is extremely helpful. I think that for a town of Sestri Levante's caliber, it's hard to find anything less centrally located. If you're looking for luxury, it's not for you; if you're looking for a compromise at a reasonable price with clean rooms and a central location, then it's fine. Personally, if I were to return to Sestri, I would stay here again.

Good evening, I realize it's a 1-star hotel, but despite that, the room is clean and the staff is friendly... but I recommend at least putting a shower curtain in case you can't put a closed shower directly because that way everything gets flooded... thanks

io ho prenotato con servizio aria condizionata ma appena arrivato in camera noto che non vi è il telecomando, mi reco alla portineria e chiedo chiarimenti: e qualche giorno che non funziona (e avvisare prima magari avrei ancora avuto tempo a disdire) ho già chiamato il tecnico , non si è fatto sentire, non è che non funziona oppure funziona solo quando vogliono loro ? morale della favola la notte dormendo poco e male al caldo , se si aprivano le finestre zanzare a gogo, se non funziona questa aria "condizionata" non potete apporre delle zanzariere anche a tenda e forse si possono evitare scazzature e mal contenti. comunque dovessi ricapitare in zona non tornerei sicuramente ,pessima esperienza .
