Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per lavoro. Colazione buona, materasso comodo. Ottima vicinanza al mare anche se soggiornando per lavoro non ci sono potuto andare. La prossima volta tornerò e ne approfitterò. Gestore/proprietario molto disponibile e simpatico.

Soggiorno di una notte con colazione con cofanetto Wonderbox. Location scelta per la vicinanza al mare e alla spiaggia, su Google dice hotel a 3 stelle ma non è proprio così, è diventata una cooperativa sociale o simile ma comunque ha ogni comfort, materasso comodo piacevole scoperta, camera spaziosa e nuova rispetto ad altre della struttura, posto semplice con parcheggio interno, colazione self service Ma fattibile, il proprietario/gestore molto simpatico e gentile. I returned to Sestri Levante for a few days, I was lucky enough to be able to stay at the Casa per ferie Provvidenza. A religious structure managed by Marcello and Vittoria. They are two extremely kind people who make you feel like you are at a friend's house. The rooms are all renovated, excellent cleanliness and order. The structure has a lift and air conditioning. Better than many hotels. They offer a basic breakfast, of course don't expect a luxury buffet but there is everything essential, even fresh focaccia every morning. English: We stayed two nights using a SmartBox for one night plus one paid night. The structure is simple, but equipped with everything you need: essential furnishings, large bathroom, with a shower that worked properly. The room, the sheets and the bathroom are clean and in good condition. Our room did not have a view of the sea or the mountain, but it was quite bright. There is also an air conditioner / heat pump to air condition the room. The hotel has a convenient internal parking lot, although some free parking spaces can also be found on the road near the structure. The welcome from Mr. Vincenzo is courteous and helpful; courtesy also from the staff. The kitchen of the structure is no longer in operation, but a good continental breakfast is available, with packaged brioches but also with freshly defrosted croissants; there is no shortage of juices, yogurt, jams etc. Overall the stay is pleasant and functional to take advantage of the nearby beach of Riva Trigoso or to visit Sestri Levante and other places in the surrounding area (beautiful).

ho soggiorno solo per due notti...(ero in scooter per breve weekend).. e questa è la mia recensione ...se cerchi una "semplice sistemazione per dormire" sei nel posto giusto... ..a 150 metri dal mare...di notte ci si riposa in modalità tranquilla e silenziosa.. camera semplice ma pulitissima ...riordino camera giornaliera... colazione a buffet abbondante... se si aggiunge la location che dista circa 3 o 4 km da Sestri Levante..(baia del silenzio etc...) tra l'altro da Sestri Levante ci sono battelli per visitare San Fruttuoso e Portofino...quindi ottima location come punto base... la vicinanza alla spiaggia 150 metri) completamente libera ...la fermata del bus (io non ne ho usufruito perchè in scooter)..praticamente a 50 metri.. il costo economico per il soggiorno (intorno i prezzi lievitano di parecchio...provare per credere..)...e la gentilezza e la grande cortesia del gestore Vincenzo...non posso che esprimere una valutazione più che positiva....

Mai più, tutto più che scadente. Senza phon, non funziona la televisione, senza carta igienica, ascensore da incubo, bagno sporco, sono dovuto andare perché era l'unico che accettava la Smart box regalatami.

Vacanza appena terminata si torna a casa con il cuore gonfio di emozioni per la bellezza della Liguria ma anche per l'ottima struttura che ci ha accolto a riva Trigoso. Eravamo in possesso di uno Smart box e non speravamo di essere accettati in questo periodo invece siamo stati questa casa per ferie dove non ci è veramente mancato niente. Cortesia, disponibilità, pulizia, camera fresca e spaziosa, colazione deliziosa. Mare a tre minuti a piedi (bellissimo) e fermata bus di fronte alla villa. Affidatevi alla cortesia del sig Vincenzo!!! Prezzo secondo me anche al di sotto della media. Grazie

Struttura vecchia e decadente, Idem la stanza bagno vecchio angusto e rubinetto che gocciola e in più non c’era il phon Si salva la colazione e accoglienza. Tv si vede solo qualche canale Uniche note positive: vicinanza alla spiaggia è fermata del pullman.
