E' stato tutto perfetto dalla gentilezza al servizio offerto, nonche' la location in posizione strategica per tante belle escursioni. Avevo chiesto un terrazzo ma se non c'era sarebbe stato lo stesso e ci avete dato un camera con addirittura 2 terrazzi , piu' di così. Ringrazio infinitamente il personale e consiglio l'hotel a tutti . Grazie

Mit unserer Wandergruppe verbrachten wir heuer 6 angenehme Nächte im Hotel Waldheim in Sexten. Vor allem die Serviceorientiertheit & Freundlichkeit des Personals und die hervorragende italienische Küche im Rahmen der HP hat uns sehr zugesagt, das Essen war viielfältig, abwechslungsreich und äußerst wohlschmeckend. Das Zimmer war ausreichend gross, mit Safe und Satellitenfernseher und gut gepflegt, ein Ventilator im fensterlosen Bad/WC wäre allerdings angenehm. Die kostenfreie Leihthermosflasche am Zimmer ist eine sehr gute Idee, noch dazu von guter Qualität. Auch ein gepflegter Garten mit Liegestühlen ist vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Sono stato im questa struttura con da solo con i miei due figli uno di 5 anni e l 'altro di 9 anni devo dire che mi sono sentito a casa, le persone dello staff erano molto disponibili e sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra, hotel è davvero molto bello, pulito confortevole insomma il top per una struttura. Tutti i gironi mi hanno consigliato posti e percorsi da fare con i bambini cosi piccoli in pratica mi sentivo a casa. consiglio a tutti questa struttura qualità e prezzo sono bilanciati benissimo. Il ristorante ottimo e sempre a disposizione per le fantasie culinarie dei miei bambini VI RINGRAZIO FORTEMENTE GRAZIE GRAZIE un abbraccio MIRCO, ELIA, MATTIA famiglia MARCHESINI

Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen, alles super von dem Zimmer bis Personal und Frühstück, hatten nur mit Frühstück gebucht! Vermissten nur einen Pool kleiner Wellnessbereich vorhanden! Kommen aber jederzeit wieder! Dankeschön an das Personal von Familie Summerer ihr seit Spitze!

War vor einigen Wochen im März mit dem Skiclub für 4 Tage im Hotel. Wir waren die letzten Gäste vor der Urlaubsschließung. Das Hotel wie auch die Mitarbeiter gaben einem das Gefühl als wäre man Stammgast. Sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer ein lächeln im Gesicht. Zum Hotel selbst möchte ich nicht viel sagen, den ein Hotel ist nur so gut wie seine Mitarbeiter. Essen, Service, Zimmer und die Hotelleitung waren Weltklasse. Vielen Dank Aus diesen Gründen habe ich dort den Sommerurlaub mit Familie gebucht.

Hotel perfetto , siamo andati per sciare. Location di fronte alla cabinovia, personale disponibile e gentile.Abbiamo optato per la mezza pensione . Cibo buono Non ho provato sauna e bagno turco per mancanza di tempo, ma se tornerò sicuramente li proverò.
