Hotel situado en un barrio bastante solitario, a 10 minutos andando del paseo marítimo y con varias paradas de bus muy cerca para ir a Palma. Personal servicial y atento. Servicio de habitaciones diario. Comida buffet de buena calidad. Buenas instalaciones.

He estado con el imserso durante 10 días y quiero reseñar que el hotel está bien Lo mejor la comida y el servicio de los camareros ha sido de 10 por su profesionalidad y amabilidad El único pero que le pongo es la recepción que son muy secos con poca amabilidad y menos paciencia si les preguntabas algo y no te entrabas parecía que les molestaba el contestarte Por eso le he dado un 4 y no un 5

Ha sido el peor hotel en nuestros 7 viajes con Imserso. Entiendo que sus instalaciones están pensadas para el turista de verano que solo está para comer y dormir. Apenas hay espacio para esparcimiento, el bar es tan solo una esquina con barrita. Y de la comida mejor ni hablar. Dicen que hay carne y pescado en cada comida, pero no dicen nada de su calidad, todo congelado y baratero. Para nosotros el desayuno digno y las comidas repetitivas a base de ensaladas... El personal del comedor muy atento, el de recepción...

Las habitaciones bien aunque nos tocó una que daba el sol de tarde y estaba muy acalorada no funcionando el aire acondicionado al no ser temporada estiva. La limpieza en general muy aceptable. El personal amable poniendo de relieve el trato de Chema en el comedor. No está muy cercano a la playa ni al centro de Palma.

Hotel correcto para 4 estrellas, turístico playero a 10 minutos andando del paseo marítimo. Bien comunicado por buses urbanos con Palma a tan sólo 15 minutos. Personal servicial y atento. Servicio de habitaciones diario. Comida bufet de mucha calidad.
